My cable service is all messed up! I am also unable to reach customer support both via the phone and on line! I pay a lot for my cable..if you want to lose a good customer keep this very poor support up! I would like someone ot call me asap!

I can't get upper channels I tried calling customer service and all I get is a busy signal .. Whats up with that

Unbelievably poor service . When you call in , they suggest you hang up because they are working on problems. What about a live person to talk too. On the bill for the local number in golde,co, they print a local gov't number. A complete bother for the city. The person who answered at the ciy office was polite. What is wrong with Comcast that they can't even get their own phone numbers right, but they sure make sure their billing is correct

Customer support sucks. I tried one number no one picks up ,the second doesn't even click and the third just kept ringing. Make me wonder why I pay so much.

They are a monopoly that's why they don't have to care about what kind of service they give and they can gouge prices. That's why monopolies were supposed to have been abolished in this country, no real competition to drive the price down and retain customers.

Here's the deal. I am a working woman who cannot sit around in the afternoon to watch my soaps. I had found the POP channel which allowed me to at least watch ONE HALF HOUR of a soap that I enjoyed. Last Thursday, WITH NO WARNING, I sit down to watch my soap after a long day at work....and NOTHING. Can't even get to the station. Learned from a tech that had to come out and FIX ANOTHER PROBLEM I was having, calls support himself to have them tell him, "yeh, we put that channel on another more expensive plan. She'll have to pay more now to get it." NOPE, will not pay another cent for Cable as I'm getting ripped already. I cannot believe that Comcast would stoop so low to eliminate a WORKING WOMEN'S channel where she can enjoy the little extras that someone who can stay home in the afternoon does. Pretty shameful Comcast, pretty shameful indeed.

I Am So Sick Of Comcast Raising Prices. Now They Just Raised Their Prices Again And One Of My Favorite Channels-pop, Has Been Moved To A Higher Tier And Would Cost Me $30 More If I Go To That Tier. What A Rip Off, Its Not Like It Is A Movie Channel. Time To Change To Dish Or U-verse. I Want A Response.

Complying with Comcast's request to replace my HD cable boxes, I was surprised to find within 3 days a box with the X1 Operating System. When I did some research I found out there was a $99 charge. So, I called Comcast and went through their voice mail labyrinth and reached a person somewhere on the globe. They assured me that I was a "valued" Comcast customer and there would be no charge. Upon further questioning, I heard the "30 day trial" phrase. Being Customer Service certified and somewhat familiar with deceptive practices, I kept on asking and was told no charge. I then asked for an email to confirm that and of course received NOTHIHG. I then found out while on the phone that after 30 days if I decided to keep the service (which I had no use for... as I am not a gamer, etc), I finally got the rep to admit that there would be a charge. Still no email from Comcast EXCEPT how to use the new X1 Box!!!
It took me over an hour just to speak to a "human" as opposed to FAQ's etc as well as go through their 'VERIFICATION' process. All I had was one simple question!!!

well im on the phone still waiting for customer solutions i have seen people say in the comments how long they waited and how bad the service was you know comcast you want to charge us outrageous prices for cable and the bundles but your customer service sucks you need to get this part of your company straightened out this is ridiculous my time is important to

Good Morning. I am currently trying to get service at my address. A tech came out this morning to do a site survey and said that there is no "trunk line" to connect it to. The access is literally less than 300 feet from my house. I live in a rural area, but have been here 3 years. There are several other houses on my street who are also included in this small area with no service. The reference number I was given is 033618483. This may seem like a minor issue, but I can't believe that this small area is not receiving service. If I have to email someone everyday, I will. If I need to visit the local office, I will. Would appreciate some feedback. Thanks in advance for your help.

I would love to know what type of idiots you are huring to code your guide? The comcast guide is at least 35 minsut4s behind the real time. You have now made me late for work 3 times because I go by the clock on Channel Two news, FIX IT NOW OR YOU WILL BE LOOKING DOWN THE BUSINESS END OF MY WRATH>

Comcast customer support is horrible. We went to our local office to swap out a box that wasn't working - all we can get apparently is refurbished boxes, not new ones. That in itself is ridiculous. A tech company that doesn't have new equipment, and hasn't had for over 10 years?

we made the mistake of agreeing to upgrade to X1. Next thing you know Comcast India is calling us multiple times/day with no respect to our time zone. They call after 9pm; 10:37pm; 7:13am. When we tell them to call back on Monday they call back in a few hours.

They won't speak to my husband, saying he's not on the account, when he set up the account and has been the main person on the account for over 20 years! I guess he got removed from the account last week when he set up the upgrade, although that doesn't make any sense.

The phone tree is ridiculous. You cannot get to a person and the choices on the phone tree do not cover how to handle a complicated situation like 'how to stop Comcast from calling me'. After 4 phone calls I finally got to a human, explained the situation, told her that I was extremely frustrated and felt like Comcast didn't give a rats behind about their customers. I was hung up on.

I went to the local office who admitted they couldn't help me at all. I came home and tried again. was put on hold while the person was 'working on the 3rd party confirmation' that would make the calls stop happening. after being on hold for over 20 minutes, I get transferred to someone with broken English in India...who has no idea what i'm on hold for, thinks it is in response to them calling me. I'm now on hold to cancel my upgrade.

RIDICULOUS doesn't even begin to cover the description. Comcast, you need a better business model. and THAT is an understatement.

I bought a new TV and I called Comcast today because I needed technical support. I knew I'd be aggravated and frustrated and figured I'd have to call back and forth several times before it would be resolved.
I was wrong. I got Seth who was from Southern New Hampshire. He was knowledge, helpful, personable, engaged, caring, pleasant, respectful, patient and kind. He spent a very long time helping me. He was terrific. Can't thank him enough.

This is by far the worst company I've dealt with in a long time... I talk to three different people with broken English in one day and all told me something different. . I was on hold for 40 minutes waiting on cservices.. services was on.. Went to sleep and woke back up and it was off... this is all wrong...

I had the experience of having two technicians come to my house for repairs that needed to be done in my neighborhood I must say they were outstanding.as they were so kind and explained all that they had to do. I was greatly impressed with them as.they made me feel comfortable I asked them for their names as I want you to know they are to be praised They are Josh with technician number and Kory with technician number I am thankful for their assistance. I am extremely satisfied on the recent service I requested from Comcast. I have been a Comcast customer for 7 years and notice that the service quality has improved 150 percent. Keep it up and thanks.

Bad service left a hole in my crown molding September 30th still have the hole. But when the bill comes u want me to pay it right I just want the same in return to be treated right. .. Thank you

I usually have a good experience with Comcast's customer service reps. I just wanted to let the company know that their people do try to work with us when we have a problem or need to make arrangements. Kudos to you!

Hello I called in regarding my bill last week and was promised a fixed rate for two years. I consider my self as a vallible customer after all if it wasn't people like paying their wages they would be out of a job.my beer is this I called last week and talked to someone in billing I was on the phone for a good hour.and I disputed my bill because was told I'd be locked in due to the fact I live on a fixed income. Really have better things to do with my time.anyway I was told for whom I spoke with that her supervised would go back and listen to the conversation with the gentleman who promised me that figure.. Well here we are I've yet got a call. Would like a answer back don't like being. Put on a waiting game.thanks for your time and I'd hope I'd get a response back soon command curious. Once again I find myself completely frustrated with Comcast customerservice! For the life of me I don't understand how they can not seem to find my house. My neighbor has service and his cable line ties in to a pole in my back yard. I have been waiting 14 days for someone to come out and yep there's your house. Just so they can run a line. Yes 14 days and the ticket has not even been assigned to anyone yet. All I get is call customer service. I just want human to drive to my address and yep be back tomorrowto run your line.

This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with when it comes to New Construction. All utility companies are reachable by phone except Comcast. It took an hour to track down a phone number for the Engineering Dept. and I still can't make contact. If it wasn't for people who don't search for better or best I'm sure they would be out of business. I too believe there should be a Negative score as a 1 in reachability is far too generous.
