you people are driving me crazy with your crazy site ..and this supposed to be a good site ?
you charge an arm and a leg to join and your customer service is non existent and the site is a big joke

I have had nothing but trouble with your site >..You have blocked my profile twice already for no reason....your customer service people do not return my emails, they do not answer the phone..i was on hold listening to the same torturous same crap over and over that you call music and then it was time for someone to answer and then the phone went dead....i am calling again, and I keep being told that no one is before me, but still no answer ! and when i did get online, i was bombarded with aggressive messages from men asking for my email address and phone number in their first rude message to me ...and this is supposedly one of the best sites around ? if so , we are in bad shape

I have used Christian Mingle before. I have also used Match and POF. As of what I feel is valuable userFeedback I will tell you that not a lot of people have positive experiences on dating websites. Having said that, you are considerably more expensive than match, and POF is free. While I understand your side is much better than POF, I cannot see any reason you should be any more expensive than match.com. I would consider signing up for ChristianMingle again at the rate of $20-$25 a month but not a penny more.

I have been on this site for 2 days, and Phishing activity occurred 4+ times with: wtojrmba, All american9, mingled, barnesM23 etc. All who have been in different states. Do you have a review process regarding concerns?

Worst dating site I have ever been on. Men on site
are not who they say they are. Have had several and found out later they were cons
Very unnerving to know this is a Christian site and for some men to portray as being someone else.

I was a member for a short time a year ago in 2017. I called to cancel my subscription but saw in January 2018 where my credit card had been charged. I can't not reach an individual on the phone to solve the matter personally. My email has changed since my membership making it impossible to resolve by logging in. This is a sorry way to run a business and a poor reflection of anything with Christian in the title. I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau and will seek legal remedies if necessary.

May account was mistakenly renewed on November 15, 2017. I discontinued it several months ago after meeting a gentleman. We will be getting married next year. It was paid through PayPal when I first joined. Please reversed the new charge of $119.00 that was charged to my account.

Very poor customer service because it's near impossible to reach a live person. Less than one month after buying an annual membership my password didn't work. Nothing I did fixed it, including the emails for a new link, so I tried calling customer service about 8-10 times over a three week period but could never reach a live person.
