My Herald is delivered every day. During the week it is left in the doorway as I have requested. On Sundays it is left out at the end of the driveway. I have asked that NOT be done as I am unable to retrieve it from there. For the last five weeks, my request has been ignored, even though I have called your office EACH WEEk to complain! Who must I contact to get this problem resolved?

I am receiving someone else's delivery. I called customer service at least 10 times to get them to stop delivering to me. Each customer service rep is from out of the USA and can barely speak English. They do not care about helping. Meanwhile. I have 3 weeks' worth of newspapers all over my driveway, front yard, left side yard, right side yard and up and down the front of my house.

I am completely frustrated. I have called three times in the past 10 days reporting a problem with my parents' newspaper delivery. For the past 7-8 years, we have had an arrangement with the Herald and the deliverers to toss the paper up onto a front porch from our driveway, We thought we were paying a little extra for this. Our driveway is steep, and particularly in winter, it is impossible for my dad (98) to walk on it, and it is dangerous for my mother (97) to do so. The first time I called, they said we will fix it, may take 2 days. No change. The second time I called we escalated the request, and I was told we will fix it, wait another 2 days. I was also told we could not communicate directly with the deliverer. The paper was delivered onto the porch only on Sunday, not the other five days. The third time I called, today, the gentleman explained that the Herald can ask the deliverer to leave their contact information so that we can communicate directly with them about this issue in order to resolve it. Meanwhile, we've lost 10 days. I wish the the first call or the second could have communicated this very important policy to us. Very very frustrated that we have to wait another two days and see IF we get the contact information from the deliverer and can solve the problem ourselves.

Tried contacting you on Monday and still haven't heard anything . You people keep delivering your piece of garbage 1star edition to the New Hampshire Seacoast area and I promise , you won't be selling many newspapers . No one wants to read old news . Your Sports section sucks . No late results from games , nothing . If your looking to go out of business your doing the right thing , go up on the prices and put less information in the paper . Since this new paper took over the paper has been a piece of garbage . Use to have a great sports section , know it stinks . I haven't bought this newspaper in over a week . I'm not buying old news . If you can't get back to delivering a later edition to the New Hampshire Seacoast area you might as well stop delivering . No one here is buying your 3 day old news . I've been buying this paper for 50 years , and in the last year you people have destroyed it . GREAT JOB !

Keep deliver that overpriced one star edition to the New Hampshire Seacoast and your going to lose every customer you got . I'm tired of reading 3 day old news . This newspaper has gone to the trash ever since this new company took over . The Sports section which used to be the best , now it's terrible , because of the first edition . So I've come to a stand and will no longer be buying your one star edition , or first edition , whatever you want to call it . Tired of reading old news , I only bought it for the Sports anyway , and you found a way to ruin that to . So if you want people around the NH. Seacoast to continue to buy this newspaper , I'd suggest sending a later edition. This one SUCKS ! Not spending anymore money on that edition . I'm not the only one tired of it .

I haven't received my paper for the last eight days (12/01 - 12/08). Four calls to customer service and still not fixed. Please fix or refund me the balance of my subscription.

For the last 2 weeks the Herald will not load on-line to my computer.
Really don't want to have to look at the "boring broadsheet" for local
news.

My carrier only delivers the paper half the time and then delivers two or more days at a time. I have called and nothing changes. Saturday they delivered the Boston Globe and no paper on Sunday. Calling the automated help line is a waste of time and it pains me to say I may just not renew my subscription. How can a newspaper in this day and time care so little about customers. Then add to the fact that when I log in one section says I have 2 copies left and at the top is says my subscription expires on 11/30 and then to beat it all they double charged my credit card

Why won't your distributors Give

The vendors in Portland Maine more than 1 paper? Only a couple of places in the whole city (Hanneford) have up to 5 papers, even though other vendors have REPEATEDLY asked for more?! Dont you WANT to increase your sales? No wonder you're going under..

Service is unacceptable! We get the herald sporadically at best!, it may be time to cancel our subscription. What has happened to this paper?

This paper has gone down hill very rapidly!, the delivery has been absolutely terrible! We have been customers for a very long time but are ready to cancel! My husband is 84 and disabled and looks forward to the paper, but it has become not worth the aggravation to deal with !!

My name is Daryl Diotte . I live at 28 Tara Terrace, Buzzards Bay, Mass 02532. My home delivery service is awful. I've complained on 3-4 previous occasions. Yesterday there was no delivery , and today no delivery. I also have the Cape Cid Times delivered and written on the Times was "no herald available ". Why not? Is this a Herald problem or a delivery problem? On my prior complaints, I was advised that as a courtesy for the problems, I would receive 2 weeks free copies of the Herald. This never happened as well!!!

No paper on Mon.,that's ok,stuff happens,got paper Tues.(it was Monday's), Wed. got paper (it was Tuesdays),Thurs. got paper(it was Wednesday's),Friday got paper (it was Thursday's). What the hell is going on?? Don't even try to contact them with any issues,USELESS!!! Anybody know how or had any luck in contacting them??? PS- how can you fill out the form below, when you can't talk to anybody???

I am very close to canceling the morning delivery. ONe day it comes the next two days it does not come. Then I get a 2 day old paper. I am a loyal paper reader even though I could get it on line. Robert DeLena 85 east street Melrose MA

4/14/2017. Tried calling the 1800 number numerous times. Called failed is all I get back ! Terrible service. Another missed paper.
