Very bad customer service. Referee me to someone but had to pay for that. Not much money and they said it was refundable but I'm not paying for customer service, I don't care how little it is! I got some gal on a chat line and she just referred me to someone else and I couldn't get back on the chat line to tell her what I wanted. My front loader washing machine is a rust bucket, and leaks! It's not been a great washing machine at all!

Never buy Bosch!!! They will not service their products. They will give you BS about staffing and replacement part issues, but the bottom line is incompetence. We've been waiting 4 months to get a BRAND NEW washer repaired, after it blew up and literally caught on fire after starting. They have ordered parts, lost parts, scheduled and rescheduled incorrectly, and here we are, asked to wait another month for an appointment. I'm disgusted and looking into suing them in small claims court. AND we have the inconvenience of no washer for 4+ months.

My recent Bosch customer service experience is the worst ever. First, it was almost impossible to contact a service representative as I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes several times in order to set up a repair appointment. Once the service tech representative arrived he claimed he repaired my microwave. However 10 minutes after he left my wife and I attempted to use the microwave but it didn't work. I contacted the technician who made the repair and refused to return to my home. Instead he claimed he would reorder additional parts to properly repair the microwave but has since not returned. I have reached out to Sean, the repair technician directly multiple times and left him voicemails. Neither my texts to him or voicemails have been responded to. I am going to deny the charges on my credit card because I never received the service because my microwave was not repaired.

I'm asking for the name of a Bosch service company on Big Island of Hawaii. Your service is routing me to a generic subscription service. I want a service company authorized by Bosch to work on my washing machine.

Can't even talk with anyone regarding Bosch dishwasher, only someone who has a special offer. About ready to give up after several days of this and call Better Business Bureau. I was given a file # and was supposed to get a call back from management, but instead got a call from the Sales Dept. Help!

I bought a wet 10" blade to cut pavers. As soon as the blade contacted the edge of the first paver the blew blew up. A segmant came off whizzed by my head and hit the tailgate of my truck. Contacted Bosch and spoke with Jennifer Uzumcu. Sent blade back as requested by her. The damage to my truck because it dented a chrome strip would cost approximently $500 plus the blade cost. She offered $100 and a new blade. This is a very unreasonable offer. She said the Metallurgist checked out the blade and said it was hit on the side which is totally untrue. Also would not provide the Mettallugist report when I asked her for it. Also found out there is now Metallugist on staff at her location. Asked her for the Insurance Calims Department contact information. She refused saying Bosch is self insured and my contact was her. This is a totally unacceptable and ignorant way to do business.

We purchased one of your dishwashers model SHXM98W75N and Bousquets Appliance said there was a rebate... I have tried repeatedly and the NECCOnline ate says it's not eligible ... why?

I called the 917 number listed on the internet because I was on hold for over 39 minutes trying to find and answer to a product question. I'm thinking of upgrading my home appliances and need to know something about compatibility. The person who answered the phone was unable to assist me and was downright rude! How can your company hire someone who treats people rudely? Why would I spend thousands of dollars on your products if I'm treated this way. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up the phone on me. This occirred around 3 pm New York time and the agent claimed to be in England . I
hope you follow up but you have definitely lost a potential customer.

i bought the bosch dishwasher at sears homestore in shelby,n.c. with a three year extended warranty. never used it. i want the dishwisher cleaned and a part of the handle fixed. called 800 944 2904/said they only send someone out for the first year warranty. called my local store,they gave me 800 469 4633. its a scam ph number. first call,medical alert bracelet,second phone call,a sea cruise,third,phone number cannot go through the area number. what can i do. i paid for this 3 yr warranty,cannot get a decent ph number to make an appointment. don't know if i will buy any more appliances from sears. getting my next appliance from lowe's which will be a refrigerator. thanks.

Someone please help me with customer service which seems to be a thing of the past with Bosch and Best Buy.
Purchased a stackable 24 inch Bosch Washer/Dryer, $2,600. At Best Buy on Jan. 13! Delivered on 2/5 with dryer defective, would not accept washer w/o workable dryer. Had delivery men put back old stackable. They put a new dryer hose (they didn't hook up and the front panel of the washer was off! Mind you my daughter just had a Newborn' not even 2 weeks ago by Cesarean. Wash alone with a newborn is tremendous and I the grand Mom bought the new Bosch to make her life easier but that has not been the case. Had to get the delivery guys back to properly install the old unit they took out, it makes a horrible racket now!
I've been in the phone to Best Buy for over 4-5 hours different times, called Bosch Corporate but they diverted my call back to Best Buy. They came back 6 days ago with another dryer but neglected to tell us it was the wrong model and didn't even bother calling us, they left a message the night before that they were coming to deliver on Saturday 12-4! As it was going on after 5PM I went down to Best Buy again and spoke to the manger of the dept. he promises he will take care of it but since the dryer is a special preset it comes from NC we can't get it till March 10th, that was yesterday and today is Feb. 13th. 25 days are you kidding me!!! What in the world, they have no problem taking your money, I've called other places and they can install and 2 weeks! This is the worst appliance experience of my life made the mistake of buying a quality item and no one seems to care.

I have been trying to call Bosch to have a service call for my dryer which was purchased May 17, 2017. I have called every service number. nobody answers the phone. the dryer is not working. it is a condensation dryer and the clothes are not drying .

Cannot reach customer service as phone sends you to the website and the website doesn't have a clear place to send the information to then reference their safety recall. Trouble is I have two bosch dishwashers one in Mass and one in Florida.

I purchase combi boiler{heat+hot water} i choose professional installer from Bosch web page.
Consumer check contractor licence before u hire anyone. Bosch contractor was with out proper licence, messy and nasty. I contact Bosch numerous time in the past 2 weeks. As of today no one reply back or give any call back. Customer service is nasty and unhelpful.

3 years of complaints for a worthless 1,200 dollar dish washer and customer suport that is trained to frustrate the consumer untill they ware them out and they give up........... buyer beware stay away from Bosch..

I called to walk me thru a problem with my tankless water heater which i am soooo sorry that i bought!! They were not able to do that without wasting time writing up a ticket and maybe "qualify" for assistance...unbelievable

I have a Bosch tankless water system. It is 4 1/2 years old. A few weeks ago the temperature started to fluctuate so badly we were getting alternately scalded and doused with cold water during showers. Servicemen came out 4 times within two weeks and were instructed by Bosch to run tests. Nothing has worked. Bosch was supposed to send a part out last wednesday, it is now Monday and the part is still not here. Apparently Bosch did not care enough to overnight it. I tried to contact Bosch today on my lunch break and spent about 20 minutes on hold and never got to speak to anyone. I am tired of inadequate baths/showers; ;it is the middle of winter and my husband and I both work full time. I have NO IDEA when and if this appliance will be fixed.

Dishwasher only worked 3 weeks after install. Been 3 days now, still don't have a date set up to have service tec look at it!!!! Guess it shouldn't break when their service people are out installing new dishwashers that won't last till Christmas, much less fixed by then!!! Terrible customer service!!

vEry frustrated that we have a 900.00 Bosh dishwasher and we already need a repairman. The machine is not even two years old, have had much cheaper machines and no problems until they were almost ten years. I like that the machine is quiet but Amy very disturbed that we have too already spend more money on repairs.

I purchased some windshield wipers @ Walmart about a month ago & one of them has not worked well since day 1 & now the other is starting to not work well. I realize I should have kept my receipt & returned them to Walmart but I didn't think I wld need to return them - especially since I opted for the most expensive wipers they sold. I have always bought cheap blades, but decided mayb they wld last longer if I paid more.

Does the corporate offices know just how bad the customer service is for their company. I called the service number looking for a part and after no luck there I requested the supervisor and was told to mail in my receipt for the dishwasher and they would get back to me.. so I requested the corporate number and she told me they didn't have one.... how sad.. all over a 1.70 part they were not willing to ship..
