My recent Bosch customer service experience is the worst ever. First, it was almost impossible to contact a service representative as I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes several times in order to set up a repair appointment. Once the service tech representative arrived he claimed he repaired my microwave. However 10 minutes after he left my wife and I attempted to use the microwave but it didn't work. I contacted the technician who made the repair and refused to return to my home. Instead he claimed he would reorder additional parts to properly repair the microwave but has since not returned. I have reached out to Sean, the repair technician directly multiple times and left him voicemails. Neither my texts to him or voicemails have been responded to. I am going to deny the charges on my credit card because I never received the service because my microwave was not repaired.
