I called the 917 number listed on the internet because I was on hold for over 39 minutes trying to find and answer to a product question. I'm thinking of upgrading my home appliances and need to know something about compatibility. The person who answered the phone was unable to assist me and was downright rude! How can your company hire someone who treats people rudely? Why would I spend thousands of dollars on your products if I'm treated this way. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up the phone on me. This occirred around 3 pm New York time and the agent claimed to be in England . I
hope you follow up but you have definitely lost a potential customer.
