I bought a wet 10" blade to cut pavers. As soon as the blade contacted the edge of the first paver the blew blew up. A segmant came off whizzed by my head and hit the tailgate of my truck. Contacted Bosch and spoke with Jennifer Uzumcu. Sent blade back as requested by her. The damage to my truck because it dented a chrome strip would cost approximently $500 plus the blade cost. She offered $100 and a new blade. This is a very unreasonable offer. She said the Metallurgist checked out the blade and said it was hit on the side which is totally untrue. Also would not provide the Mettallugist report when I asked her for it. Also found out there is now Metallugist on staff at her location. Asked her for the Insurance Calims Department contact information. She refused saying Bosch is self insured and my contact was her. This is a totally unacceptable and ignorant way to do business.
