I have a Bosch tankless water system. It is 4 1/2 years old. A few weeks ago the temperature started to fluctuate so badly we were getting alternately scalded and doused with cold water during showers. Servicemen came out 4 times within two weeks and were instructed by Bosch to run tests. Nothing has worked. Bosch was supposed to send a part out last wednesday, it is now Monday and the part is still not here. Apparently Bosch did not care enough to overnight it. I tried to contact Bosch today on my lunch break and spent about 20 minutes on hold and never got to speak to anyone. I am tired of inadequate baths/showers; ;it is the middle of winter and my husband and I both work full time. I have NO IDEA when and if this appliance will be fixed.
