Booking.com double booked us at a hotel and the resort contacted them to try to cancel, but were told we would have to call booking.com ourselves. There is no phone number on our booking site or a spot to send comments or ask questions like how do we get our money back. You are always referred back to your original booking and one cannot complete this type of action on the site. They make it very difficult to deal with these types of situations and leave the customer $150 in the hole. I am hoping this review will be seen by the company and the way I can contact them and get a resolution.
