On 1-29-2018 I made a ticket out support help saying I needed to change my e-mail address from and something happened for I get message account not found what can I do I don�t have the email address blizzard is using to get support help they really messed up this time and are going some play time

I don't like being forced to get online just to get someone to answer my questions... That was what customer service numbers are for... For the folks that would rather wait on hold than be ignored

It is impossible to find a "live" person to talk to. When you call the 'customer support' number, often you can not get through. And when you finally do get through a pre-recorded voice tells you to seek help elsewhere.

Now if you are inexperienced with computers, an older person, or just a 'computer dummy' like me, THIS IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!

It would be more helpful if when a person does call the number, a live person could be reached, EASILY.

Very frustrated. Opened two tickets and no response. My son can not remember his security question. This company has made it very difficult to receive help. Poor customer service.

I was so pissed off yesterday, well I was about to implode yesterday I started getting really pissed off on August 6th. On the 6th I was sniped three different times inside an Alliance city by a level 100 Demon Hunters and MOD defenses could do nothing.



I started playing Warcraft: Orcs & Humans in 1996 and later WoW in late 2005. I have created many characters and experimented a lot. I am older and don�t have the impulse instant gratification demeanor WoW has now directed its marketing to. An easy life teaches nothing and I have not and will never buy my gold or purchase a level up boost. I am a loyal believer of working up the ranks and earning your experience. Starting at the single level 90 Character Boost granted when purchasing the Warlords of Draenor expansion and following with the level 100 boost I feel you are demising the game. When you allow a player to let their character run amuck in the center of a major city which it�s security forces cannot allow protection for is absurd! On August 6th one Demon Hunter went on a rampage inside Stormwind for over 10 minutes racking up their honorable kill numbers unabated. I just logged off and went away. I am finding it harder and harder to see the monthly payments go to a game that has stacked the odds like a casino does where it is a lose / lose situation. WoW is just not fun anymore in this setting and I know my $180.00 a year is nothing to Blizzard compared to its $150 million a month, or about $1.7 billion a year gross profits.



I have two suggestions for you. The easy one is to up at minimum 65% of the MOD�s protecting major cities to the max level of 110. The second is a little more complexed. If a player has a character that has leveled up the traditional level by level, that when it is confronted by a purchased level boosted character that the natural leveled character is provided some sort of Protection or DPS bonus in that confrontation. These two suggestions would make the battle ground and play board a fairer place to campaign.



Weather I continue paying and playing I haven�t decided yet. I do love WoW, I am a Medic in Las Vegas and deal with more melodramatic endeavors in one day that most people witness in a lifetime. I love and are blessed being able to do what I do but I also relish escaping this world and engulfing in the mockumentary World of Warcraft but if I�m playing just to be bate than I�m better just hanging it up and remembering how WoW used to be.

I was playing lucioball and someone on the other team picked zenyatta and started killing us. This is absolutely absurd I thought it was only lucios? Ruined my lucioball experience if someone can't explain to me why there was a zenyatta on the other team I'll walk through the front doors in California.

Three transactions of $80.00 and one for $40.00 was taken from my bank account and I want put back. I had to submit a ticket. I will NEVER call ANYONE about my Blizzard or Battle net account other than Blizz or Battle net. Too easy to get hacked. If they do not contact me in a timely fashion my lawyer will contact them.

i was using my wow on another computer and the computer was stold aparenley who has the lap top is trying to use my game i have another address but i cant get in to fix this problem is there any thing you can do to help me i really dont want to erase the account cause i have a lot of money tied up in it but i will if that is all i can do

i verget this after logging in was the acc inaktiv i follwed the orders of my email i got a code and bring it in the side ich vergot to write in my secret word and remember the problem was the new ban nr. and loggt out and reloggt to my acc and password dont work i reset them and from this point on icann not create a new password i need your help

why is it a pain these day's to open a ticket ?? , I DONT want a formum !! I want to talk with a GAME MASTER TO FIX SOMETHING !!! it's a easy one it said that I have lvl 2 fishing stack but it still said it locked !

I haven't played wow in like 6 years and I had a level 80 goblin rogue(Suddindeath) and a high level death knight too. I really want my character's back but I can't remember my email or maybe password. I think the email was either or it might be . this was no help. I have had my security device removed from my account. and my pass word isn't working. how am I suppost to log in. when I cant get live support. I'm not putting in a ticket soon. and now it says the account has been locked! 10 years of playing and customer service is still not that great. and yes, I have gone to the live support web site.

Just got my account hacked for the first time ever on wow. I went through their in game customer support to get my items back. I kept asking after they said they found everything when I was missing items I had written down that I worked for. I am set back probably a month or so on multiple characters from conquest cap. What did the last GM say?

I asked everything kindly with full sentences the whole way through trying to restore items. All they do is read off of a script now. They aren't the company they were before wow came out. The first year of wow was good, but then they had to expand quickly leading to their merge with activision, and now I try to call the 1800 number and it hangs up on me saying to go to battle.net and click support to put a ticket in.

People need to stop supporting Blizzard in general.I mean you cant go on forums and say something without them banning yo9u saying your offending someone or them in some sort of way.They actually sit and watch the forum as players and then you get banned if they don't like what you have said.It isn't even a mod banning you.Im tired of trying to support a broken game like Diablo3 when they can't or refuse to listen to me as a custormer.Gaming is going down hill quick.I don't recommend anyone support them anymore.

Ha ha, Blizzard has "changed their support service to improve it make it easier for you to get a solution to your problem." Yeah, right. Instead of talking to a live human, they now refer you to their web page where you can spend hours trying to find an answer to your problem. "Customer service" is becoming an oxymoron.
