Just got my account hacked for the first time ever on wow. I went through their in game customer support to get my items back. I kept asking after they said they found everything when I was missing items I had written down that I worked for. I am set back probably a month or so on multiple characters from conquest cap. What did the last GM say?

The investigation of the unauthorised access to your account has been completed. Unfortunately, we have been unable to verify any losses of gold or items caused by malicious access of your account and will therefore be unable to provide a reimbursement.

I asked everything kindly with full sentences the whole way through trying to restore items. All they do is read off of a script now. They aren't the company they were before wow came out. The first year of wow was good, but then they had to expand quickly leading to their merge with activision, and now I try to call the 1800 number and it hangs up on me saying to go to battle.net and click support to put a ticket in.

Wonderful customer service eh?
