I hear a lot of negative posts about belkin....customer service and I found the two times I had to call them they were very helpful and patient and resolved all of my problems.....I give them 5 plus stars

There is a feedback for you, YOUR SUPPORT Guys, Specially Arvind Shankar is FAKE, They make false promises. I have a BELKIN N150 Service Request Pending Since January, THERE IS NO RESPONSE TILL DATE. I Agree Belkin products are good, if a product is defective by manufacturing..why can't you help on that?? The biggest issue is that, you have left your support in hands of Remotes..which are not controlled, rather FAKE and FALSE Guys, who just recommends not to buy belkin....WHY??? I need an answer or a proper escalation on my request. I have all proofs on emails from your team.

I am very disappointed with the service on their products. I have a Belkin FM tune base for my Ipod and the screen, which indicates the FM freq. does not show and I can't hear any transmission on my FM car radio. I have tried to contact a service rep. but continually they tell me that I must pay to speak with someone. Why should I pay half what the unit is worth to find out that it is probably good for the junk yard.

I contacted belkin two days in a row hoping to get someone from my country to talk to. I just wanted them to tell me what my password was, and because I've had the router for over 2 years, they would not help me unless I bought an extended waranty. The very minimal waranty was more than I paid for the router. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are a complete "ripoff". I am going to trash this one and buy a different brand. My recommendation is never buy a belkin.

Belkin is awful!!! I have to constantly call tech support. After usually an hour or more of waiting, I always get "support" from someone who doesn't speak English well and is hard to understand. Worse products ever- have switched to APPLE for everything and have yet to have a problem arise!!! Belkin=Cheap! I guess you get what you pay for---CRAP!

I am very annoyed at the complete run around that I am getting form Belkin, absolutely the WORST site I have ever accounted. I have been trying to get a contact with someone who can correct my problem, all I get is useless run around. I get a support phone number but when I go through the motions then dial 4 I am then asked for an access number which I do not have and was not given by the person who gave me the phone number. I have a warranty claim, you sent me a replacement which was not the same specs. as my original purchase, not only did you send me a replacement your system also sent me another so I received 2 routers the same day by UPS. Both these routers are not a suitable replacement and I am not accepting them. I was promised a Pre Paid return label which to date I have not received. Your site is so bad it is obvious that you do not want to deal with problems to any of your customers satisfaction. Belkin is the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. You should.d be ashamed of yourselves, I will be writing a letter to your Company President giving him full report of the treatment I am receiving. Now get your act together and me me a Prepaid return RMA# so I can return these 2 routers to you and if a miracle happens some one in your company might even be able to send me a comparable replacement to the router I purchased in the first place.

I bought a Belkin, called and got disconnected. Also there is an extra I mean redunt cable that makes it impossible to connect. Plus my two 'tech' neighbors couldn't figure it out. Not simple and not working for us. What a hassel.
Now we got to take it back, I was told to buy Netgear but Wallmart was out of them.

My experience with Belkin is very good. I had problems with my internet wireless speed while connecting with my Belkin G router. Both times , within a span of two years , belkin customer care walked me through the setup and yeah my internet is lightning fast , even with iphone connected wirelessly through wi fi.

In my experience Belkin rocks!!

OMG..You all don't know what you're saying..Before you a product either from Cisco Linksys, Netgear, Belkin, D-lInk..
READ FIRST THEIR WARRANTY POLICY..so that you will not be shocked in the future..
Of course any networking company will/can not provide lifetime technical Support.and technical support MEANS any configuration changes that you wanna make in your router or
even if the router needs to be reconfigured for any reason..so that means even if you just wanna reset the password if your device is outside of free tech support..you still have to pay to extend the tech service..Understand?..

I bought a Belkin N150 Router F7D1301 almost two weeks back. The router was not getting connected to my ISP. Here is a reference number for the case : 120310004918. I got a replacement last week but the router was having the same problem so my request was escalated to L3 level from technical support. My ref no: 120317-000645.The report that i got from my ISP is that router is sending disconnect request again and again after a login success. I have sent screenshots to L3 representative to confirm the same.

The result that i got a new upgraded router F7D2301 ie N300 router. I got the replacement yesterday. It worked fine for a few hours and i switched it off yesterday night and now i am getting a "cant find NTP time" error in security log. Here is my New ref no : 120325004671.

It seems there is some or the other problem with a Belkin router and i would like to return the router back and get a refund.
It has been two weeks full of inconvenience for me and all the waiting time on the technical support is a source of frustration.
How can i get a refund ?

After 60 mins on the phone and 1 day wait for email response. I was told nothing can be done to help me. I purchased a modem with a lifetime guarantee which was replaced by an item with a 12 month warranty.
Had the same issue with both Routers. DO NOT BUY Belkin.

I have never had a problem with my Belkin router until today when my internet connection did not work. I called my ISP who carried out tests and said there was nothing wrong..it must be my router and they gave me the details of Belkin support. After a few automated questions I was quickly connected to a real person, possibly in India, she was extremely helpful, clear and easy to understand...just thought I had to tell someone becuase I am so used to awful Asian call centres that it was just such a joy to recive such a superb service.

Belkin support sucks. Called them about a defective laptop fan, and a defective wireless mouse (bought the same day, neither worked). They were unfriendly and not english speaking. They were charging me for shipping which is ridiculous. Instead of talking to them, I just returned the products and bought a different brand instead. Another thing, the rep was arguing me saying that I broke the products with a bad attitude. Shape them up Belkin, awful support.

The rep I talked to was very friendly however I was reluctent to allow them access to my computer, however I decided to allow this and the guy went thru showing me things that could slow my computer down. So rather than helping me get my wireless router set up he tried to sell me tech support for a year and didnt help my issue at all.

OH MY GOD. I wish I didn't have to talk to these people. My router is obviously not working and the "technician" had me trying the same things over and over again. Then they wanted me to have someone else with a laptop come over and try it. There's not a problem with my laptop!!! I was refusing that and I asked to speak with a manager and he hung up on me! Still getting the run-around with another "technician." Of course all of the managers are busy. Wish I would have gotten another brand. I might just buy another one so I don't have to talk to these guys ever again.

pleasant, courteous, competent, fast, and professional......everything a tech support agent should be, but regrettably, too few agents possess these attributes

kudos to belkin for above-average training, and kudos to Raj for your excellent service

oh, and by the way, my call was answered in less than 60 seconds.....fantastic

I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with "sodich," from tech support, he refused to give up until my problem was fixed. I am a very pleased customer. Thank you customer service!

just got my laptop for school, school issue and they sent it had belkin hooked up when first got belkin was told my son could go online for his 360 and when my laptop got here i could go wireless now when i called them to get my security key was told had to spend an additional 40.00 to get wireless and also buy some software for security, sorry already have security lined up. dont trust this company, dont ever buy their products a again.

I spent a good deal of an evening trying to get back on line with my laptop at home. The first tech person was very helpful but after we hung up, I realized that my netbook and WII were not connected to the internet. I called back and had a tech that was not as patient. He finally got frustrated, snapped at me and told me that there was something wrong with my equipment. All of my school stuff was erased and I am still not able to connect to the internet at home with the net book or the WII. I tried to call customer service but kept getting routed to technical support. Now I have invested my 1 evening off and an entire luch period trying to resolve this issue. I can't seem to contact a real person in order to resolve this. I am VERY FRUSTRATED with you company right now!

I agree with the previous post. For a company that sells networking gear they have an abysmal web site and means to contact them. Called their customer service line and all they wanted me to do was to re hook up a non working modem. I asked them to just have someone e-mail me and was told that a tech would call me when they had one free. This is the next day and they must still be busy. Stay with Cisco!!!!

Customer Service Link does not provide E-mail access, and their log-in for online process is very poorly designed. If you have trouble creating establishing your e-mail id with them, you have no means to even tell them you have a problem with their registration process.
