I spent a good deal of an evening trying to get back on line with my laptop at home. The first tech person was very helpful but after we hung up, I realized that my netbook and WII were not connected to the internet. I called back and had a tech that was not as patient. He finally got frustrated, snapped at me and told me that there was something wrong with my equipment. All of my school stuff was erased and I am still not able to connect to the internet at home with the net book or the WII. I tried to call customer service but kept getting routed to technical support. Now I have invested my 1 evening off and an entire luch period trying to resolve this issue. I can't seem to contact a real person in order to resolve this. I am VERY FRUSTRATED with you company right now!
