I purchased the Belkin range extender N600 dual band that worked intermittently and always needed a re-boot. I will never by Belkin again.

I called to trouble shoot an older model and the agent upsold me on a newer one. Miss represented the pricing and since I was a loyal Belkin customer would get a special discount to buy direct only to find out this product was sold 10% cheaper by all retail stores. I will never buy Belkin again.

I have been trying for more tha 4 days to contact customer service dept . The phone is alwsys busy and there is moway of cobtactong anybody. I have try to chat various times and they always direct me to the same number that does not work.

I have an order pending an i formation that they say its incorrrct but its not. If dont get them I will cancel my order

You people certainly produce an inferior wireless product! Your Indian relatives living around Bombay certainly know how to get rid of a customer that is frustrated. Sure, hold on a minute for my supervisor when a concern is raised. Bull Chit. Never buying another Belkin product. All garbage and thanks for taking jobs out of the USA by the Ilk of Belkin in Playa, Cali-phuq-USA.

Your customer support is frustrating. I have lost connectivity 5 times in the past 3 weeks using your router. There is NOTHING wrong with my ISP connection. I am receiving data, and am connected to it with a steady and strong connection through my cell phone. Therefore there is NO problem with my ISP. I have gone through the steps of rebooting the laptop, modem and router, had the operating system reboot the wireless card, even having the ISP reset the router multiple times. No resolution. I've reset the router to factory specifications. No resolution. Your techs alternately tell me to change the IP and DNS addresses from static to automatic, a solution which only works for 2 or 3 days maximum, and then we're back to square one. What I want is a solution which works permanently.

You Provided A Customer Service Hotline But You Dont Even Have The Decency To Atleast Answer Phone Calls. What A Shame. You Should Just Stop Manufacturing Inferior And Defective Equipments If You Dont Have The Energy To Help People Who Spent Their Money On Your Crappy Equipment.

I am not into hate reviews, but am getting frustated. I have been trying all day to reach someone at Belkin. Chat isn't working and I have been disconnected on the phone multiple times. This is not working for me AT ALL. I have used Belkin routers for years, but the customer service is AWFUL. I have a Belkin router that is not connecting with the router. I started out early this morning thinking Charter was the issue, but was told Belkin was having problems. Would be nice to be able to get an answer from SOMEONE. Online websites seem to indicate that this is a Belkin issue, but I cannot get to an actual person to find out an estimate as to when we should expect this to be fixed. According to the twitter feed Belkin shows on their website, everything is peachy. Definitely not the case. Someone needs to own the issue! If it is a Belkin issue just post the issue so people can quit trying to figure out what is going on.

Thanks for producing the most inferior product in the world. Spent good money on a dead piece of plastic. Should get more than 2 months from a router.. My previous one was $15 and lasted 4 years!!!! My cable company is flooded with people with dead belkin crap. really convenient that offices open at 8 am PACIFIC time. What about the other 3/4 of the country? I hope everyone who reads this decides to buy another product. Might be worth the gas money to find your engineers and choke them all with their own product's ethernet cords!!!!!!

Purchase a Belkin av10117 through the manufacturer's sight. Didn't realize until after delivery, if you require it work with a cable longer than 15ft, you need a power supply. It doesn't come with it. Requested a refund and they stated that this device is not eligible for a refund. WHAT THE HECK. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS!!!!

I have dealt with Belkin in the past and was quite satisfied so I am somewhat frustrated by this most recent attempt to communicate with them. First the Philippines, No Problem there except for the language. Very hard to make one be understood. I got my incident/case number. Next, trying to reach Belkin USA to resolve my problem I would say I have been on hold for roughly 8-10 hours in 12-15 attempts to get in touch with a LIVE PERSON. Their "5 minute estimated wait time" is thoughly misleading. I finally reached a person in Claims and wen through te question and answer drill. I recieved my email with instructions on returning the faulty item and emailed it back to them. LO and BEHOLD this morning I recieve an email from Linksy requesting a reciept or proof of purchase to procede. I distinctly made it known to the person I spoke with yesterday that I had purchased the discrepent item circa 2002-3 and the reciept had not survived 3 residence changes. She said "No problem". Today I have been on the phone 30 minutes with a 5 minute waiting time estimate. Absolutely the worse Customer service I have encountered in all of my internet/phone dealings with any company.

Do not buy a Belkin product. you call for tech support and they determine the product is defective and send you an RMA. However, another department denies the RMA???What? REALLY? Hard to believe in 2014 there are still big companies with this type of mismanagement. DO NOT BUY BELKIN PRODUCTS. I cannot repeat that enough.

Each time I call to get help they answer then tell me to hold then it goes into a busy signel . I paid $119.99 for a year of premium support and thye told me it was no longer available. They were suppose to refund my money and they are completing blowing me off!!!

My PRO-3 16 port switch has failed. I have been on phone with Tec Support several times and done everything they have asked. I final got a case# but no one will give me a RMA# so, I can get a replacement. The last lady asked for a copy of the shipper paper work ( 10-22-13 ), I left a phone #. Still no response.

yes you spent 15 minutes trying to give your name then 20 trying to explain your problem to them only to have them say the 90 day support has ended and they can assist you for a fee. I had a simple questions. this company is horrible

I was calling to have customer service in this company and the woman Tania, she hang off the phone twice, she don't speak English correctly, I explain to her my name like 4 times a d because she don't understand she hang off the telephone. I very upset with the service of this company

Don't buy their "premium support" as it's a ripoff!!!!!!! Worst customer service I have ever seen. It's a bunch of Indians who DO NOT know what they are doing! Idiots!
