I am very annoyed at the complete run around that I am getting form Belkin, absolutely the WORST site I have ever accounted. I have been trying to get a contact with someone who can correct my problem, all I get is useless run around. I get a support phone number but when I go through the motions then dial 4 I am then asked for an access number which I do not have and was not given by the person who gave me the phone number. I have a warranty claim, you sent me a replacement which was not the same specs. as my original purchase, not only did you send me a replacement your system also sent me another so I received 2 routers the same day by UPS. Both these routers are not a suitable replacement and I am not accepting them. I was promised a Pre Paid return label which to date I have not received. Your site is so bad it is obvious that you do not want to deal with problems to any of your customers satisfaction. Belkin is the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. You should.d be ashamed of yourselves, I will be writing a letter to your Company President giving him full report of the treatment I am receiving. Now get your act together and me me a Prepaid return RMA# so I can return these 2 routers to you and if a miracle happens some one in your company might even be able to send me a comparable replacement to the router I purchased in the first place.
