I contacted belkin two days in a row hoping to get someone from my country to talk to. I just wanted them to tell me what my password was, and because I've had the router for over 2 years, they would not help me unless I bought an extended waranty. The very minimal waranty was more than I paid for the router. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are a complete "ripoff". I am going to trash this one and buy a different brand. My recommendation is never buy a belkin.
