Dear DreBeats, HELP!
I have received my Husbands Beats and finally I have no lead connected to my phone. However they keep falling out - I have even changed the actual ear-pod buds but nothing is working - can you help me please?

The beats studio 3 is the worst headphones I have ever bought. 2 pairs have now snapped when they have become a little cold. I have not abused them in any way and this is not right.. I have had to tape them to listen to them and now I feel like a bum and now I don't want to listen to dre music in his so called headphones. For the price you pay you would expect the product to last. But I had my 2nd pair less then a month before they broke on the one side today they snapped on the other side .... VERY DISAPPOINTED ...SAVE YOUR MONEY THESE HEADPHONES ARE NOT WORTH IT.

I am very disappointed in the Beats Studio 3 product as well as the Apple service for the product. My daughter is a very responsible 14 year old who received her Beats as a gift approx 3 months ago. The screws underneath the plate that covers the hinge fell out.

My daughter was over the moon when her grandmother gave her the Beats. She never even wished for them because she knows that we do not spend money on extravagant items like that. It was a huge surprise. She was so upset when they broke. She tried to "hold it together" with duck tape and didn't want us to know there was a problem because she thought we would be upset with her. She thought she must have done something wrong (because expensive means quality?? RIGHT?) or that we would assume she wasn't taking good care of them. She was about to purchase a repair kit from Amazon with her own money and because she is unable to make purchases with out our permission she had to tell us what was going on.

We explained that Apple is a company that stands behind it's products and helped her contact Apple support to request replacement screws. We were told that replacement parts could not be sent but the headphones would be serviced and repaired AT NO COST to her. A few days later we received a box and label from Apple in which she packed up her Beats and sent them off to be repaired.

Next we received an email stating the service was NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
Replacing the screws would cost $199 PLUS labor charges.
TO REPLACE SCREWS.
Screws that fell out during normal use of a product.

Upon further investigation losing screws seems to be a very common issue for Beats. We have found reference to this problem as well as replacement parts and repair "how to" videos all over the web.

My understanding is that we have 3 choices.
#1 continue to duck tape the headphones band and have a sub optimum experience with a $350 3 month old product.
#2 Purchase after market products and try to fix the product on our own which will cause the warranty to become null and void.
#3 pay $199 plus unknown amount for labor to REPAIR a product we can now purchase new for $199.

I am MORE than disappointed. As I said before, this was a gift. We are not an Apple family primarily because the price of Apple products does not fit our budget. We now have another reason to pass over Apple when shopping for products for our family.

As a final comment I would like you to know that I have searched both Apple and Beats for a place to send this feedback. I could find none. Everything I tried leads back to contacting Apple Service and they give information on how to send Beats into be repaired.

Beats stopped working after 4 uses, called told I would j have box to return in 24-48 hours, never arrived, turns out you don't have boxes and don't know when you will be getting them. I was offered an appt 5 days away at apple store, this product and your service suck.

HORRIBLE! DISGUSTED! FURIOUS! Over $300 on 2 products that can't be fixed, only worn a few times! Not sure how that even happens! Unbelievable! Would definitely talk someone out of buying these!

Good day.
Have a beats charger that was unplugged. But fell into a tub of water. I took it out and used a dryer to dry off. It was used to charge a speaker in shower but wont charge. Time to buy another charger right????

I have purchase a pair of beat by Dr dre for my son and the cushion around the ear keep coming apart and I call the company and talk them and they said they can not fix them no more because it got to be something wrong on our behalf because we are having the same problem every 6to8 months out of them I will not buy any more apple products no more and tell every body about it because I paid to much money for them beats for them not want to fix them and any one at apple that want to contact me can reach me my name is Mr Tyrone Wade thank you

Our solo wireless 2 is not pairing. Less than 1 year old. We've followed instructions. It's not working and we need the wireless option to work. Could you please help us.. it's so disappointing for our son to not be able to use it. Such an expensive product.

I bough my beats solo 3 a year ago today and have been trying to get someone to help me for 3 months. Even went to Apple store, no help at all. I am disabled need my beats to use my phone so I splurged on these because told had great sound. I am a senior citizen do not use to listen to music. Only for my phone. Started using them about 3 months ago and found there is a problem with person I am talking to having a hard time understanding me. They tell me is very muffled. I even talked to supervisor at beats.and he promised to call me right back but never did. Apple store said you could replace for me but I cannot get anyone to help me. Very upset with Apple, have a iPad a iphone6s and rose colored beats to match. Very upset with customer care that I'm not getting as I'm on a fixed income but was led to believe worth the splurge. Never again with poor customer service

I have a pair of studio beats headset and they are at least 5 years old a work fine but my ear bud beats I got last christmas do not work any more and I t is so aggravating and I will never buy a pair of beats ever again because they are terrible and I thought they were a good brand!!

My beats will not connect to anything. Every time I try to connect my beats via Bluetooth it resets it self. I can't get it to go into pairing mode. When I try it consistently goes into reset mode. I have attempted to contact anyone by online chat for the past hour now, it is saying you'll be with me in 2 minutes, then it boots me off! I have had several issues with my beats, I would like to speak to someone about it as I feel there could be a wiring issue. These are replaced beats by the company and not so long ago. I had a different issue with my first pair.

For Xmas. However, did not hold up and fell apart. Can I send them back for another pair, maybe ones that wrap around the ear? I can submit a photo to verify, knowing people want free shit-TY

My headphones lose battery charge after a total charge the day before. If I leave the cable connected I will lose charge. Now when the cable is disconnected the charge is lost totally. What do you think is wrong?

Hello Mr Andre Young , my name is Linda Henderson I'm writing on behalf of My son who has Autism. He is a bright and friendly kid but has sensory issues especially with loud noises which in school, and during transportation to and from school can sometimes be unpredictably loud . I was seeking suggestions on something reasonably priced of your quality for my kid as sometimes he may have behaviors due to loud noises and not sufficiently being able to depend on any noise cancelling headphones thus far. I like any parent of a child with special needs children, just want him to have the best tools In furthering his education and overall growth. Thank you for your time and Attention to this concern. Furthermore I gladly share any information with the other classroom teacher's whom I'm sure may be dealing with similar issues.

I just bought A pair of Wireless beatsx about a month ago. I'm very dissapointed in this purchase. I use them at the gym n they can't stay charged for more then 3 hours. I can't get threw 2 days with these at the gym. I'm definitely not getting 8 hours like it says. Thinking I should return these!

Received Powerbeats in late November 2016. A gift.
Have taken excellent care of them
Still look brand new
They are not
working.

Will you replace them for me without a receipt? Tried to return them to the store where they were purchased and they said to contact you.
