Received Powerbeats in late November 2016. A gift.
Have taken excellent care of them
Still look brand new
They are not
working.

Will you replace them for me without a receipt? Tried to return them to the store where they were purchased and they said to contact you.

Dear Mr. Dre,
A few years ago my son was riding his bicycle to the gym when he was struck by a vehicle, he landed on top of the vehicle then hit the pavement, his shoes flew off and his sunglasses broke from the impact. Luckily he was wearing his Beats headphones, when his head hit the pavement the headphones kept the impact from causing head trauma. After a couple of surgery's with pins and metal plates plus physical therapy he was back to normal.

So I would like to thank you for saving my son from what could have been a lot worse than a few broken bones.

I bought my little cousin a 13yrs old... a pair of beats headphones. I week later I had to return them for a new pair because the left side went out. Well not even a month later he said the "new" pair was doing the samething. Now this is not the only beats in my household. 3 other pair! I told him, "I know it's not another damage pair. I'm not happy spending money on a broken product! Can you help. Sincerely, Oops upside my head.

Hello, I purchased my beats about 3 month ago, and they were working great until today, for some reason, the left earbud is louder than the right one. And it's absolutely freaking me out. I always take care of them and nothing bad has ever happened to them. How can I fix this problem? (I want a solution for the hardware, not a software that fixes this sort of problems)

I want you to know what a great product that you have. I purchased my granddaughter a set of the hd solo headphones 4 years ago at best buy. Yesterday by mistake she put them in the washer with her laundry. So when she went to put her clothes in the dryer that's when she saw them. She got her blow dryer and dried them and let them sit overnight and then she tried them. They worked fine. Than you so much for a great product. It sold me. Now I want a pair.. Yay👏 Beats!!!!! As much as I would rave about sound quality of the Beats headsets, I unfortunately would have to complain. I have purchased my son two sets, one for Christmas 2014,a wired pair and Christmas 2015,wireless. The first set has been sent back to the company 3x! Granted they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Now he's having the same problems with the second pair and has sent them to be replaced. I'm very unhappy with these very expensive products.

Beats Audio (Wireless powerbeats2) Has got to be the worst crap I have ever bought ... for 200 dollars I got these junk things ... yes wireless ... but crap ... my 10 dollar skull candy sounds better ... fits better and work better than the 200 dollar pos ... I am so disappointed ... wanted to contact the company but there is no direct email spent an hour on there site looking for a way to tell them they suck and what can be done ... apparently nothing they have my money ... figures the wealthy taking from the not so ... so this tell me that they are just ready to take my money and not stand behind there product ... DON'T BUY ANY OF THEM GUYS THEY ARE A RIP OFF WITH NO SUPPORT

I got a pair of red beats earbuds for a Christmas gift, but only after 1 month of having them they stopped working. I never even listened to my music very loud. i am very dissapointed.

Very disappointed. I purchased 2 sets of headphones from beats and both sets after just 8 months one of the head phones started making a funny noise. I don't listen to my music loud so it cannot be from blowing out the speaker. I also always keep them in the case and never have done anything that they should have broke. Great sound but I can't see myself buying another pair if this is how the trend will stay.

Hi. I bought studio wireless head phones close to $400.00. After only 4 months the ears cup leather its ripping of. How can that happen? It shoul be the best materials for the price. It's a defect. They have been send for repairs. I have to wait two weeks or more to get them back.

Dont buy a beats pill
coustomer service cannot provide you with a simple 12 volt 3amp car charger for their beats beats pill xl

Horrible company! Have had our wireless beats 3 weeks and they don't work. Was told that I could send them in and pay to have them looked out... This can't be the ligit beats people... If so, they better change their policies or other wireless headphone companies will pull them under!

I made a purchase on the website & called Customer Service ASAP to cancel the order they had already charged my account. So I waited the amount of days required for the monies to show back on my account, they never showed. I contacted my credit card company and they had mentioned the Beats by Dre could provide a Auth# to me and my Credit Co would put the monies back on my card same day. Customer service Rep Matthew told me that Beats by Dre only had ONE EMPLOYEE that handles WEBSITE issues, I don't know why this is a website issue but anyway he said it was going to take up to 7 more days maybe more for the monies to show on my account or for me to receive a AUTH#. I find this very unacceptable Beats by Dre took the funds off my account within in minutes of me calling to cancel but its takes them forever to credit my account. I would not purchase from this company SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
