I just left your store #938 and want to compliment associate SSCO 64 (Sheila) for her gracious & patient service at the self checkout. I purchased 4 discontinued items that didn't scan. I went to find the price for her and she finished scanning my order. I noticed that my free Friday item scanned full price because I improperly clipped it on the website. She needed to call a supervisor with a red card to facilitate my return. At NO point did she make me feel anything less than a valued client she was determined to help. Sheila is a wonderful asset to Albertsons...good thing I'm a retired retail store manager , I would have poached her for my own store!!!

I was in the ALBERTSONS MARKET STREET store located at 3499 E Fairview, Meridian, ID 83642 looking at the salmon selection when an Albertsons employee asked if I needed help. I said, "the salmon selection is almost gone." He said, "How many pieces did you want?" I said, "Three." He told me to wait moment while he went to the kitchen. He came back with three pieces of "just baked" salmon. I was so impressed with his service that I went looking for manager to leave a praiseworthy comment. The Assistant Manager was called to see me and I told him the story. I described the young man who had helped me. "Is that him over helping stock the veggies?" I said it was. "Let me introduce you," said the AsstManager. Well, guess what? The young man who helped me was ROB MEDEIRIS, the STORE MANAGER!! Wow!! What a surprise! Albertsons is lucky to have ROB as an employee and STORE MANAGER! He's tops!

Hey I wanted to let you know about situation at 191 in Lakewood on 9/09/22. I got miss rung at the register and instead of giving me the discount the cashier rung me up double for the item. We all make mistakes, I didn't catch it until I was home. I went back to fix it but it was a crazy busy Friday night...then came Christopher. He was a manager that night and made me feel like I was the only one in the store. He got me through a register in no time, fixed everything and more. What a great employee you have. With more employees like Christopher Albertsons 191 is now my go to grocery store! Great job. See you tomorrow. He's an awesome employee.

Last Thursday or Friday (Oct, 15 or 16) I had an order delivered that I had ordered early that same week.. I ordered 8 Tillamock Marionberry yogurts. They have best by date of Oct.22. Usually they have "best by" date of at least two weeks from the time they are delivered. I live alone and cannot possibly consume as many as were delivered. Is it possible they are still edible after the 22? If my products ordered do not have a reasonable Best Buy date, I would rather they not be delivered. I am 82 yrs old and order every other week from Albertsons. I will not be happy if I have to throw them away. I await your reply.

The deli team at Albertsons 680 Hobbs NM is on point. Barbara, Mortecia Crystal are very motivated. If you are waiting you will be acknowledged that they will be right with them. They wash their hands frequently. They deserve this review. They work hard.

I generally like Albertson's and do the majority of food shopping with you. Mostly, the employees have been really nice and helpful most of the time. However, I have to call out cashier ANDREW at the Lake Hazel and Five Mile store in Boise. I'm past 70 but generally in good shape. Today I bought several heavy items, 2 large bottles of juice, a large bottle of creamer, several packs of paper plates. I had to leave them on the counter till I finished my transaction then could move around where I had more room to pick them up to put in my cart. I struggled a bit with some of bags, and Andrew JUST STOOD THERE AND WATCHED !!! Wasn't busy, no one else in line. This is NOT good customer service FOR ANYONE!

I have been a customer of Albertsons for over 20 years now we go several times a week I would like to know why when we get the ads it just doesn't add everything in so that way if we buy something in automatically gives me the discount I feel like I have lost a lot of money on your coupons just because you don't take that extra step and there are other customers of yours that feel the same way I love Albertsons but Smith's is about a half-mile away and I'm really debating about going there just because of the system you have I feel ripped off

I am sick and tired of seeing dogs in the store and in the CARTS! I have been to the managers of two stores in Santa Fe, NM and they are both spineless and claim that if they tell them they are Service animals then they cannot do anything. Wrong! There is a huge difference between a service animal and an emotional support animal but most stores do not differentiate between the two. Please train your staff

I went into your store to purchase bacon at the meat counter today.
Apparently someone decided to remove the meat counter.
I am not amused by this decision.

I am very happy with the way Albertson's handles gluten free products. It sure makes it easy for those that have to stay gluten free. They are on every isle and clearly labeled.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

i went to the tropicana and boulder highway deli around 3:30 today. as usual, they are slow. i waited my turn in line and finally the girl came out front and went and helped the last ones to get in line first. i waited and waited and then the girl loked at me to help and told her the other gentleman was first. so i waited some more and the male finally got done with his customer. and he looked at me and went over to talk to the other worker and customer so i left! i have been to that one before and 9 times out of ten , i'm unhappy there!

263306 2720:5751/157, 000263305101571906272057. Perhaps a certain cashier person can learn to be a positive person; when she is happy & kind we all benefit; she has good ideas, and she can be funny. People work really hard in 06840 @ Acme to help other people; especially Yaeger, Wendy, Storms and Juan and his sibling, and all other operations people, cart guys, display people shelvers, etc. who keep things running smoothly. How about mind your own business, and don't spread slander to powers that be, about another person, a loyal customer, simply because the cashier is bored... This cashier person, she can be simply awesome.
When she is negative, oh boy. Keep going that way, and see how far it gets you...if you don't know the people involved..
. perhaps keep your mouth shut...that's an idea, right? Store looked quite good tonight actually...oh well... Rising above little miss two faced petty gossip...reflects on her. Oh well...

I live in Chandler, AZ and the Albertsons by myself is horrible. They are constantly out of products, and even going back sevetal days later it's still not available. This is happening all the time, and not just occasionally. We've talked to the managet with no avail. If this isn't fixed we'll take our buisness to Frys.

Regarding the current monopoly game - this ear's game is terrible. Trying to put in codes on line and the system can't handle the requests. And the duplicates are too numerous to be fair. Using any free product wins at the store has constantly caused a problem. Spend $50 get one game piece; other tones, spend $9 and get 20 game pieces. I hear more and more people tell me it's a ridiculous come on and not worth playing. I am thinking they are definitely right.

Been reading all these negative reviews and sorry to say I AGREE with all of them. My experience today is went to buy an item that was 4 for $10.00 when I got to register was told OH YOU HAVE TO SPEND $25.00 to get it for that price. THIS IS GARBAGE. I have not shopped at your store for about 1-1/2 hrs and it will probably be the last time I will ever shop again. I find tht SMITH'S and and SPROUTS ARE THE BEST stores around. And besides all this the prices are MUCH HIGHER than any other store around. So all I can say I GOODBYE FOREVER ALBERTSONS and I do hope some day in the very near future you go BANKRUPT.

Last week i sent a msg indicating the problems in obtaining a new pin # for my Safeway card. After several more calls this week I find that the new pin can't be sent to my gmail account because your programers didn't include Gmail as a recognized account for transmitting new pins. That's hard to believe since Gmail is among the top 3 email servers. Also, your reps aren't aware of this either since my previous 5 calls for help I gave them my email address which included @gmail.com. I repeat, This whole program to handle pin changes is poorly managed.

We are visiting Boise Idaho. We were looking to move here. We went to the Albertson's store 101 1650 W. State Street in Boise. We arrived on Friday, February 15 and went to the deli to have some chicken. We ordered half baked and half fried and I was extremely disappointed in your baked chicken there was absolutely no meat whatsoever on the three wings that they gave us not sure why we received three. That baked chicken was terrible. In addition with the breast and/or thighs meat was extremely tough and felt like it had been sitting in there for hours. While I enjoyed the store and all the personnel I think someone needs to work on making the chicken more desirable. Never again

I was in my local store a couple of days ago when I was exposed to an incident of aa employee behaving badly. I was at the deli counter when an employee who was in the process of taking rotisserie chickens out to the display stopped to help me with lunch meat. After a couple of minutes she came up to the counter and said ââ?¬Å? these chicken donââ?¬â?¢t belong here !ââ?¬Â? . He was trying to help me at the time ! She then turned to another employee and said ââ?¬Å? he is just lazy ââ?¬Å? . I donââ?¬â?¢t appreciate any employer who would chastise an employee in such an ugly and public way. As far as Iââ?¬â?¢m concerned he was doing a good job. I donââ?¬â?¢t know her name but I am 5ââ?¬â?¢2ââ?¬Â? and she was close to my height. This incident happened at the store on lakeside,Ca 92040. Iââ?¬â?¢m sure you can figure out who it was from my phone that I use when I check out. This kind of behavior makes me want to shop at vons in santee instead of Lakeside. She was obviously some form of management or corporate rep.

You're company needs to do more than give a weak sauce apology for your racist , classist cashier Debbie in Or. Today , Starbucks conducted the start of it's corporate anti racism training and Disney/ABC fired Roseanne. It's not nokay to humiliate your customers. Debbie needs to go or it will seem you are complicit in or condoning her hateful behavior.

I would like to acknowledge Albertson's employee Amyaia Bates who so graciously assisted her customers with such politeness and professionalism. If only there were many more individuals like her,..
