I would like to join AAA plus with a RV writer. I live in southern Ct.and was told I cannot get the rv. Hartford branch offers the rv and even though my camper is kept in there area I cannot get it. My question is there anyway corporate can issue plus with rv

08/31/2016 I called AAA this morning around 4.15 am with a flat tire on 495 northbound the customer care or the dispatcher was so good she kept updating me and sent help Asap...but the guy they sent from Countryside motor & towing from Hudson was rude he ordered me to take out the spare tire from under my Suv ,later on after changing the tire he threw it at the back of my trunk ,there were some new things back there & when I asked politely to put it under the suv where the spare goes he started yelling at me "do u know what time it is for me to come help u"? He came to my face & called me then spend off .to me I think he was passed off because of my color.

My account was debited without my permission took money from monies to pay a bill causing g me a hardship n extra money because the day has passed for bill to be paid noe slapped with e Tra charges they don't care member need to put money bac now n pay my bill u caused a hardship n cost me extra money i don't have Javier was very un professional n said he didn't have a boss there n nobody could help me it would take 25 days to get money back need my money now never authorized debit to account never have angela florence

My Husband Has To Wait For Triple Aaa 6 Hours Before He Could Get Picked Up With A Flat Tire . We Called At 8 And He Got Home At Three In The Morning !!!!!!!!! This Is Outragious He Had Work At 9 Am The Next Morning !!!!!!!!!!

Was just told by Johnny that a person in the roadside assist department refused to waive a 48hr hold for membership upgrade, First that is BS in the first place and second I have been a member for it seems like forever and did not know I need an upgrade from Plus to Premium for my Motorcycle to be covered, just had a blow out on the back tire and need it towed 6.5 miles for repair, No only will move you off the road until 48 hrs has passed.....Are you Frickin kidding me????? is this really what was once the best service in the world has come too?? $38.00 paid do you think I was trying to scam the company??? I thought I had all the coverage I needed, no one told me I need a different level till I'm stranded on the road.... Really Pissed right now.

06/29/16- the rude two males that work at the customer service.At American Automobile Association at Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh,NC,27612. The time was was 11:50am. He was rude. The male white obese. He was at the service dest. He was a white obese older male. He would not volunteer to wait to me. He said not have any paper forms to print for membership renewal. I had to ask him to look inside the desk behind the front counter. To see if there were any paper forms there. He got angry at me for looking at it. He refused to print the membership forms off the internet. He said he could not do it. Though he was printing the forms off the internet for automotive bills/work. He lied and the other co-worker said he could not print the forms. I told both of them they were lying. I saw them print other items off the internet. The other co-worker name was "Glenn". A white older obese male.

I had called AAA at 10;29am. this morning due to a flat tire. I received a text and they said they would be here 11;13am. around 11;20am i got another text they said they would be here 11;45a. at 1152 am they said they would be he 12;15pm. The truck arrived at 12;20pm./i waited almost 2 hours and several phone calls--terrible service!! it id=s a disgrace --so unprofessional!! my menbership number is 8 25 years a valued member. i didnt get home until 1pm. had to cancel appts. etc. what ashame!! i want to talk to someone and i expect to be compensated!!

Pathetic customer service and care. I have been with AAA for 15 years, never got one call from the agent to discuss/ advice on coverage or even check if the coverage is going ok, new offers suggestions etc. I assumed I had umbrella coverage for 15 years and I did not. they keep taking money every year religiously. If I have repairs or accident they will tell me how I am not covered but never a piece of any advice.

I have had AAA most of my driving, adult life and it has been a pleasure having it until recently. On March 31, 2016 I called to get my car towed to Florida City Fl from Summerland Key Fl because my car wouldn't start. I had previously purchased AAA premium because I am further than 100 miles from a Honda dealership and will not have my car worked on by any auto shops down here. The tow truck arrived on time and my Honda CRV was loaded on the tow truck and I discussed with the driver that my car was going north to Florida City and he agreed that was where it was going (liar). I had previously called the Honda dealership to let them know that my car was on it's way and they would let me know when it arrived. They called me around 5pm to let me know that the car had not arrived. I called Arnold's Towing and they said my car was on their property on Stock Island, south, right above Key West! Keep in mind no one told me they were keeping my car over night to put on another tow truck taking more cars north the next morning. Needless to say I was less than happy to have to track down my car! I suggest that if towing companies are going to keep someone's vehicle overnight they should tell the customers so and AAA should do the same. AAA should make sure these companies are reputable and courteous enough to do so. The son of the towing company did, finally, call me to explain and half a** apologize, but he was quite cocky in apologizing and had to tell me about how rough his day was dealing with a house boat and all. When I got back to AAA to explain what happened all they said to me was that I was further than 100 miles away from the Honda dealership, duhhhhh. I was quite disappointed with the whole thing.

My 2 daughters were stranded for 2 hours in a parking lot of a theme park area that had closed waiting for a tow truck to arrive! It seems as though AAA needs to contract with specific tow companies in all areas instead of waiting for someone to take the bid! This would be customer service at the maximum! I have been a customer with 4 people on the policy and will be seeking other companies that have the same service!

I signed up for auto insyrance w/ triple A. I was done dirty!! My nephew who is also on my policy received a speeding ticket Nov.2015, somehow APD & NM DMV transposed the numbers & put it in as a DUI. After 4 months of going to the local DMV office it got straigtened out, that wad in March 2016. April 2016 I receive a letter from Trenton saying my insurance was cancelled. I went to the local office & spoke with Leornard Torres who had awards posted everywhere. I showed him all documentation from DMV invluding the citation. He pulls up the driving record which substantiated what i had said. He did mot want to call Trenton & let him know because he gets upset. Next words were you would be better off getting a cheaper insurance.
Is this the way they treat their clients? Is this why Mr. Torres reveived all these awards?
I will never recommend Triple A to anyone. I have other famuly membets that had made the change and some friends too. Guess I will have to inform them i steered them wrong.

This company has some of the rudest ppl working for them. The manager didnt help the situation neither. Ive called three ppl to complain and ppl haa brushed me off.

Worst service when needed. Sent out a person barely out of high school who left us stranded cause he knew nothing then customer service has wasted hours abd hours running us aroynd. AAA is the worst roadside assistance there is!

I will not do business with AAA anymore because their life insurance does fraudulent practices that apparently is intended to trick elderly people into paying almost double the quoted rate

I am fed up with Triple AAA, had them for at least 16+ years. Don't know what's going on with them but I buy coverage for 5 people! (Used to be 6). Living in the country, teens and driving older cars seems like we always needed a tow. Well the three times we have needed them this winter they have denied us! All three times it has involved my kids being stranded, don't get a mama bear mad!
Tonight My daughters are stranded in Issaquah, WA (my daughter's new used car is having problems) and Triple AAA says call back tomorrow, they have no units available ( on the west side?) and they need to keep some units free for the police. I told them when our contract runs out I am not renewing, I am so disappointed in their lack of service, and that if anything happens to my beautiful daughters while I drive 80 miles, they are in BIG trouble! 😡

I saw on the AAA website that purchasing a gift membership would benefit myself and my recipient with a $20.00 credit on our next renewal.

I attempted to purchase a gift
Premier membership as a gift for a friend who resides in NC and was told that this promotion was not offered there.

I fully understand that AAA directs Web site based on the browser's location and that being in Atlanta, GA I was pulling up my region. Nowhere on that site does it show a disclosure of other areas.

Finding this very deceptive, I contacted AAA corporate office in Tampa via 813 289 5000 and after explaining the purpose of my call was transferred to that department. The gentleman who answered that call "Hello, this is Wally"

I explained the purpose of my call and he said let me transfer you to that department. I was then connected back to the same automated customer service number which I had been given the Tampa number from.

I have been a AAA Plus Member since 1996 and even with the reduction of services offered have stood by and referred your company countless times. After the deceptive offerings and the pass the buck games of the past two hours, trying to further your business, leaves me extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with AAA.

I will be paying closer attention to the services that I already receive from American Express Business Platinum and Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance to determine if I will continue to pay for services advertised but not really offered by your company.

Second request for a reply. I booked travel through AAA so i could attend my sister's funeral.

At no time was i advised that their would be a fee for AAA services. I am looking at my brochure, and nowhere does it mention that. I was charged $80. Please contact me, Current AAA member.

Our membership We renewed our membership in October 2015. We have not received new membership cards. I contacted the AAA office in Cedar Rapids, explained this, was told we would receive temporary cards via e-mail, and he would order new cards. This was on 1-5-2016. We did not receive the e-mail for temporary cards. I have attempted to reach someone on your 1-800# multiple times, and have never received a person. It appears we did not have coverage from October 15 to now. The new cards should reflect this, and be valid through 1-2017. I would appreciate hearing from someone.

We got a rental car through AAA at Hertz. We drive for 30 minutes to my dads house. When we went out the next morning the engine light was on and was shaking when we tried to drive it. A call to Hertz and we were told that we could drive it back to them (totally unsafe) or wait for 3 hours for the car to be towed and another 3 hours for them to bring us a new car. We also had to be with the car this complete time. Meanwhile we have lost a day of vacation, missed our $300.00 ferry ride to Canada. They offered (after a lot of fussing)$ 50.00 of our $700 rental fee in compensation. I don't think AAA should be recommending them. I know we will never use them again.

After 33 Yrs Of Service I Am Devastated! My Engine Was Damaged And Truck Was Wrecked On Two Separate Service Calls. Cant Find No One To Assist.

I did not know how to go about this, so, decided to
contact you via email to compliment you on one of
your employees. Last night (12/23/15) around 9 or
9:30 pm a neighbors call rolled down the hill & was
hanging from our retaining wall and wedged up
against our truck. Needless to say, the neighbor had
to call to get help getting the car off the wall so
he called Triple AAA. One of your employees came
(Steven L) with the Triple AAA truck and after
seeing what happened and the predicament, made a
couple of calls and then told us how he was going to
handle getting the car down, without damaging our
truck or retaining wall even more than it was. I
want to commend this man as he did an excellent job
and was so Professional in his mannerism and the way
he handled an unusual situation. Thank you for the
great service. Please pass this on to the
appropriate person, because,after working with the
public myself,I know so many times we only hear the
negative feedback and not the positive. Thank you
Steven for making an already unusual predicament
into a more positive with your Great Care in
observing and then carrying out your plan. It was
appreciated.

Visited The Huntington Beach, California Office Today To Secure The Vehicle Registration Tag. The Clerk Took My Membership Card, But Said She Could Not Give Me The Tag Because The Car Is In My Husband's Name And He Does Not Have A Aaa Membership.
He Cannot Drive Because Of Dementia, So Why Does He Have To Have A Membership Card???
I Drive This Vehicle. Will My Membership Be Null And Void If I Call For Service On The Vehicle That Is In My Husband's Name????
