I purchase 35K Vc and a 5k VC on 2k but it error has occurred then I did it like 4 more times and it said again error has occurred never received the VC but when I checked my bank all my money went through how what do I do?

I won the Big Top challenges and an error code popped up and I can't claim my rewards. How do I fix this?? I went to pick the bag pack and 5,000 VC.

I'm trying not to honestly sue, I bought the Lebron edition and I have yet to receive my pre order bonuses and it's been a at least 10 hours now I've been waiting no vc no mt no nothing you guys made me waste 100$ for the standard edition basically and that's not cool.

Come out with a boxing game instead of this..... You guys clearly don't know about basketball and continue to get it wrong....This game is so inconsistent and a waste of time.....2k is dead!

2K literally has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I'm beyond tired of their greedy scumbag ways... pha Q 2k I'm out for good, that goes for every game you make on every system. I'll b paying close attention to hear about the class action suit being brought against you inevitably, all the suits and salesman at your company should contract a painful and disgusting venerial disease that rots your dirty money grubbing body into an early grave

I have rencenty bought wwe 2k18 and i got the 2 virsons of kurt angle and it came with the season pass and 2 virsons of John cena rvd and batista i got the 2 virsons of kurt and the season pass but did not receive the 2 virsons of john cena rvd and batista what am i suppose to do in order to recive what i paid for

Ive played 2k since 2k11 every year i buy vc. This year ive spent a little over a hundred dollars for my player and my son my player we both play park and pro am but since 2k18 came out we lag mad crazy in park of course the patch came out and help alot but i like pro am ive played 63 games in pro am and probably only finished 12 at the most either i lag at the beginning or in 4th qtr that pisses me off cuz all the badge process goes to waste i also get a lost mostly everytime unless we are winning badly to i played pro am since patch came out had 32 points 11 assests 3:45 to go till game ends and i lagged out its not my connect its this damn game and that crazy that we paid 100+ for 2 2kgames and another 100+ for vc to not be able to play full game like wtf do i do on here other games modes i never liked just park and pro am and park is ass so pro am it is but cant finish a game been this way since 2k18 came out

I spent money buying VC to help build my guy up. Many hours building my guy up. Was up to 11 badges with him. Went to enter my practice facility and it kicked me to the home screen. When I came back my player was gone. I can't get a hold of 2K or anyone to help me with this. Website is messed up I can't leave a ticket for help. Nobody answering the phone. This is just so flippin' awesome!!!!!!!!! Thanks 2K, you really know how to make a guys day...

I just tryed going into walk in pro-am and it took me out of 2k and I went back into the game and my player disappeared

2k I was hacked on both 2k16 on 2k16 I was a Legend 5 5'7 I was a 99 overall and a had a center he was a outside 99 overall and I had 5 loses and 15789 wins I had black face black chest oh my center was a 7'3 and on 2k17 I was a playmaker legend 99 overall i had all badges all please
