This is not a customer service issue. I am so disappointed in knowing the firing of Dan, Carolyn, the two Shannon's. These are some of your best host who help build these companies of yours between 33 years on down to nine. Because of them I have bought so many items over the years and spent so much money with you guys.They have also been entertaining to watch. How can you get rid of these vets. Is it their age? If so you will see your younger host will never measure up to these people. Maybe you need to rethink your decision. You will loses a lot of valuable customers and money. Sales will go down. Put your self in their shoes for example Dan 33 yrs of service (really). Let's not forget the girls contributions. Maybe you should have not hired so many new host. Maybe not added these pre record segments which do not work. The items are sold out the second time around which is very frustrationing.This would have saved you money to keep these hardworking wonderful people that will be truly missed. A bad decision. I look forward to seeing them. Soooo disappointed! Please past this info on to your CEO and higher ups.

I bought two Martha Stewart products..solar lights and pressure washer. Both are junk. Lights wires always breaking. Pressure washer leaks where you insert wand. Now motor doesn't work after one use. JUNK..JUNK..JUNK

I have opened a charge account with QVC on January 12,2020. It was on a Sunday with David. By opening the account I was to receive an account credit of $50.00....I am still waiting for this credit. I have talked to Sheila on Sheila on April 17 and to Crystal on April 30. Both said they would send this to corporate. I am beginning to to think this is a "Scam". I have now left my name and phone number at the corporate office.

Please advise Leah Williams that constantly saying UHM is extremely annoying. I would spend much more time watching on Sunday and Monday, as I love fashion, but the constant UHM makes me shut off the tv.

If you can possibly do, I would be so ever grateful. I have been rushing lately at school due to CORE requirements and have not been cognizant in reading customer feedback comments. It has totally effected
Things I have ordered not only for me but family members who want items but do not have QVC accounts.
Therefore, I have returned numerous items and being very honest as a professional I am totally embarrassed,
As our account has been closed. I am very upset with what I created as I love so many things from QVC especially Tova perfume, Amazing Grace Duo set, Amazing Grace sprays, Isacc Miz tunics which I recently reordered, Northern Night towel sets & Berkshire throws, not too mention RYKA GLIDE sneakers which are
Fabulous for school but are down to minimal sizes, I only reordered twice and wished I had done more.
My fault is mostly clothing size shoes, clogs and boots not only for me but family; the fit has not been right,
And for that main reason, I have returned. I am humbly sorry and would like to start fresh by being a good
Shopper with QVC. Would you kindly forward this email to Ms. Lisa Norden, VP Customer Services. I sent
A written letter but would like her and QVC to know I made a mistake and will definitely put forth the right effort

What happens when an order is cancelled by customer before item was ever in system to ship, account shows it cancelled, it's grayed out can't do anything. Then a couple weeks later the package arrives, yet account still shows CANCELLED there's NO information, no tracking, nothing. UPS tracking has NO info as well.

The music that is played while waiting is loud noise. Nobody wants to see anybody shake their behinds-it's not attractive. Goban & Dangle are really creepy when they try to flirt. OBI means belt- so when they say "OBI BELT"- they're actually saying "BELT BELT". Same as DUVET because it means cover. Getting a product "FOR FREE" is incorrect- you get it "FREE" . Some of the customer representives are really snotty. I'm really getting tired of hearing about Carolyn gracey's mother- Leah Williams -UM- UM-UM! & her phony laugh-- I'm wondering if any of the executives actually watch any of the shows. It's beyond me how most of them mention that they went to college, yet a lot of them destroy the ENGLISH language. Albany and her stupid expressions as though she were talking to her children--cuckoo bananas-REALLY? And the annoying noise they make when they "air kiss"- ah, come on-- I could go on & on!!! The graphics I see are not the same as customer service--I have seen jackets that were 6" different. I tape the shows that I want to see- however- I use my remote on 3 arrows and only stop & listen when I see something that catches my interest- honestly, I think that I probably wasted my time doing this, but hopefully some of the issues will be rectified. Sometimes, I think that some of the hosts act like they're 12. Have a good day

I ordered a shark sweeper March 13 was supposed to be delivered March 18 today is March 21 2016 I have not received my sweeper lana goodson 304 421 2386 please call me and explain as u have taken 2 payment ot of my bank account and I HAVE NO SWEEPER!!! Horrible. I Purchased a Lasko Ceramic Tower Heater for the Winter. 30 minutes after the heater was plugged in I smelled smoke. I immediately went to the Unit and turned it off. As I approached the outlet, I noticed the plug (from unit) had shorted out and my outlet was burned.
I called QVC and told them about this incident and they reassured me that "someone from Corporate" would get back to me regarding this issue in 3 days.
I've called many times and all I get is the run around from Customer Service.
And the QVC Business Office says for me to "Leave a message" I should NOT have to call Customer Service and be told that "An email was sent" - "And Oh, someone will get back to you" OR be told to leave a message by Your (QVC) Business Office Staff.
Someone from the QVC Corporate Office should be calling me.
Here's my message: I'm NEVER shopping on QVC ever again. AND I do expect to be Compensated for the mistreatment of Rude and "Phony Reassuring Staff"
Not to mention the horror of smelling smoke and seeing my outlet burned from a product I purchased from your Company.

Nov I had a very unpleasant experience with customer service at Qvc don't know what the problem is but seem like the larger this company become the nasty show's up and that's very bad. Some the customer service rep's act as if you owe them something SAD !!!!!!!!!

Sometimes the Customer Service Representative tone of voice can be so rude and authoritative especially if you the customer is asking a question.The tone of voice suggested stop wasting my time, I want to talk always to people buying like a robot.

I called qvc customer service explaining how my mother had just. Ought me a gilI hand bag and 30 days where up. and it was 3 months since she bought The hand broke off they replaced it postage No questions asked!What a champ you are Qvc!Yours for life! !

I ordered something on the 1 of Jan. Was expecting it Jan 9 per an email. Got a call on the 8 saying they need to confirm some info.. that is all good and fine but 7 days after I ordered it they contact me??! $$ Tried all day on the 8 to get a hold of someone in finance Jen. Or anyone else, nothing. Tried again on 9 when I was suppose to get it. Still no call from them when I was told on 8 when I would be contacted in 24 hr. First time using qvc.. very disappointed!!

This is not about customer service But it is important !! WATCHING JUDITH RIOKA AT 4:45am in Wicsonsin. The woman with the blindfish hair w/bangs - blk. top - -HER NAIL POLUSH IS SOOOOO BAD AND HER CUTICLES ARE RED IN SPOTS W/it's hangnail - red spots on her fingers and EASY TO SEE her HAIRY FINGERS- it is so very distracting !! Hard to see the jewerly She must be having an OFF night? Even the beautiful goldfish necklace is off center on her . Just got up and turned the TV on to this???? Wow ! I DO HOPE YOU CARE WHAT I SAY CAUSE I CANNOT BE THE OLNY ONE WHO HAS BEEN grossed out by!!

QVC people (worker or representatives) are deceitful. They refuse to give their last name. They claim they are SUPERVISORS but, they only LIE. They refuse to connect you to a SUPERVISOR. They want all your information when you call. Even if your credit card info. is already in the system. Please beware of giving these people all your info. because you need to monitor your credit card to make sure you don't get fraudlent charges on it.

A week or so ago, I purchased the Coffee cakes from Strawberry hill. I recieved them and they are "HORRIBLE!" They are gummy and have NO taste at all. I have never had to comlained about any other purchases, but this was an exception. Spent alot of money for gummie coffee cake. Sorry for the complant, but I had to say something. Very disappointed in my order. Ordered DELL laptop, and received a laptop product which was not the proper service tag on the bottom of laptop. Instead of DYHDW1...it shipped with a tag service number of ..it took a very long time for them to find me in their system with the proper product number...but they didn't know what to do about the error. I am returning laptop, software, wireless mouse, laptop case, and all paperwork back to the return address. I don't think I will be ordering from here again. This was a terrible experience. I purchased the HP laptop special value back on March 16th, with a ship date of March 29th. Or so I thought. It was scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I went online to check the delivery status. It showed 'cancelled '. I called customer service and they told me that the expiration date on my charge card was expired. They couldn't get the charge to go through so they cancelled my order! They say they sent a letter, which will probably arrive tomorrow in place of my computer. This was their error and now the computer is sold out. No attempt to reach me to get correct expiration was made. They just canceled it. No apologies from the manager. Only offered to sell me something else-which was not even comparable to the deal I had. Totally useless. Plan on calling corporate tomorrow but really don't expect any satisfaction. Wont shop qvc again.

I bought a Dell computer with Windows 7 in Oct. 2012 and was also offered Windows 8 for 14.99. I didn't order Win 8 at the time but I called custumer service in Nov 2012 and they said they would still honor the offer and they refered me to a web site . I filled out the form on the web site but must not have completed it properly. I have not heard anymore about it. Can I still purchase Windows 8 for that price? If so, what is required of me to expedite this purchase?

I have a loyal customer over 6 years that includes several Flex Pay items. Each item was paid in full. I notified QVC oif my identity thief issue and all of my information had been comprised. There item and several accounts opened which one account was success in ordering.
Although I notified them, they did not take any precaution or set any red flag on the QVC account. They immediately close my account and wouldn't talk to me about how to begin to resolve the issue. I asked for Corporate Office phone number and was given a number an Airlines. The customer service rep was rude and condescending.

I will never buy from QVC again. I ordered the Mac Pro for my husband for his birthday and they put my address in wrong and sent it and delived it to some stanger like 30 miles away and then told me they had no more to send me. Thanks QVC for that great Mac I never got.

I have been a very loyal QVC customer for the last 15+ years. I bought a set of sheets(many) and had to throw one away a few years ago because of a "wearhole". About two years ago I bought a set 100% Egyptian cotton and this sheet again has a wear hole even though I have hardly used this set. I have a new Washer and dryer, so that is not the problem. I would like to send this fitted sheet back to you and hopefully you will stand behind it. The # is H16870 Red...and the green set was RN87658.. Please let me know what you suggest that I do.

I called regarding my Qcard bill. the woman on the other end of the telephone was horrible the way she spoke to me. She treated me like some criminal when I inquired about my credit card bill. Ive been a customer for 15 years, I'm switching my channel to HSN AND SHOPNBC where they treat you with some kind of respect when you call.
