Horrible. I Purchased a Lasko Ceramic Tower Heater for the Winter. 30 minutes after the heater was plugged in I smelled smoke. I immediately went to the Unit and turned it off. As I approached the outlet, I noticed the plug (from unit) had shorted out and my outlet was burned.
I called QVC and told them about this incident and they reassured me that "someone from Corporate" would get back to me regarding this issue in 3 days.
I've called many times and all I get is the run around from Customer Service.
And the QVC Business Office says for me to "Leave a message" I should NOT have to call Customer Service and be told that "An email was sent" - "And Oh, someone will get back to you" OR be told to leave a message by Your (QVC) Business Office Staff.
Someone from the QVC Corporate Office should be calling me.
Here's my message: I'm NEVER shopping on QVC ever again. AND I do expect to be Compensated for the mistreatment of Rude and "Phony Reassuring Staff"
Not to mention the horror of smelling smoke and seeing my outlet burned from a product I purchased from your Company.
