I purchased the HP laptop special value back on March 16th, with a ship date of March 29th. Or so I thought. It was scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I went online to check the delivery status. It showed 'cancelled '. I called customer service and they told me that the expiration date on my charge card was expired. They couldn't get the charge to go through so they cancelled my order! They say they sent a letter, which will probably arrive tomorrow in place of my computer. This was their error and now the computer is sold out. No attempt to reach me to get correct expiration was made. They just canceled it. No apologies from the manager. Only offered to sell me something else-which was not even comparable to the deal I had. Totally useless. Plan on calling corporate tomorrow but really don't expect any satisfaction. Wont shop qvc again.
