i ordered a hp 7.3 screen, a quad core a6 computer, would be old stock from china probably, and i am still waiting for it. was suppose to be here for my daughters christmas present..well it was to be delivered on the 23 of dec 2011, well i am still waiting...followed the tracking and it made it to our sorting stastion, but never made it to the postoffice to be delivered and signed. it never showed up, this was my first time doing business with them and probably the last...it states on the bill that they do not charge until its delivered, well they hit my bank the same hour i ordered...they are real quick to get there money no matter if you get what you ordered...i had a very disapointed little girl for christmas...qvc should be ashamed at what they did...i will never buy from them again.

I have purchased several sets of Cooks Essentials 500 cookware over the years. A couple of the pieces have received scratches and discoloration. As per the warranty, 3 pieces were returned back to QVC per their instructions. I returned a 2 10" fry pans and a 5qt chicken fryer. They no longer have this style in stock and will substitute it with the hard anodized style which is a step up from what I originally ordered. At the same time that I was speaking to Customer Service I also decided to order a 3qt chicken fryer in the same style. A week later, I received all 4 pieces. The 3 replacement items and the new item. Much to my surprise I expected them all to be of the same quality, they're not. The handle on the 3qt was thicker and matched the heaviness of the pan, the others don't. The handle thickness is about 1/2" thinner the the 3qt, when you try to pick up the pan it does not feel balance in your grip. 1st call to QVC resulted in the person giving me a number to Cooks Esentials which when I called rang right back in to QVC. I then requested a call from a Supervisor and requested them to call my cell number as I was not at home. They called all right, my home number. Needless to say I missed the call. The next day tried again. Was told I would get a call back from Corporate by Saturday or Monday, Still no call. By Wednesday I called again. Was told I would get a call back in 1 hour, it took 2. This call left me more then frustrated then ever, Supervisor claimed its was the up to the replacement area about the quality of the pan yet no one can answer why if I ordered the same style pan is there such a difference in the handle, she was not at all helpful, when I asked to speak to someone in the warranty area she claimed that there is no one and that its all computerized!! All I want is a quality product for a quality product. I do no not want a credit for my items I want per the warranty a replacement piece of the SAME QUALITY, not a substandard product. The supervisor told me I would get a call back in 10-14 days, wow this is customer service?

The customer service can't seem to get my request in sending me an invoice that I need. I've asked 3 times, & to no avail-nothing. How complicated to complete a simple task as in forwarding an invoice for an item you've purchased? That's like asking how many light bulds does it take to screw in a light bulb!...... Now I can't even get thru to the number for customer service!

Experience with customer service are unpleasant. They seem to be impatient and insensitive when receiving complaints. I purchased an item and was very excited but was never received. Customer service was notified on the day of expected arrival, was told to call back within 6 days if not yet received. Follow-up call was made to customer service and no explanation was given, only feedback was that transaction will be canceled and that I will get a refund. Four days later, no refund yet received, called customer service again and was informed that transaction has just been posted and/or is pending, customer service on the phone was impatient, did not take the time to listen while voicing out complaint.

I received an email from Mr. McDermott concerning a returned product. Mr. McDermott did not read my return note concerning a replacement product. I am now being shipped an additional item which I will have to return and incur another postage charge. I am not happy about this. Please advise as to how this will be resolved.
