I used the store in Aventura Mall in Miami. On-line sign up for an appointment was perfect. Called me up when work was done and everything was very professional. They did the necessary work for free (Best Friends Geek Squad had asked for $200). I worked with Perry (I hope he gets credit because he was wonderful--not condescending but very understanding towards a 60-year-old panicking).

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I called with a SIMPLE DISPLAY ISSUE regarding changing the name on our inbox for our work email through Microsoft Office Outlook as outgoing messages continue to display the name of the previous owner who recently sold the business. I don't even know how many times I was put on hold, but I was transferred to six different people, all asking the same questions with no resolution. 45 minutes later, I gave up as we still have a business to run. We will be terminated our subscription because of this and switching to a different provider as soon as possible...this "pass the buck" nonsense does not sit well. Shame on you, Microsoft! All of the $$$ that you bring in with forced updates, yet you can't hire reliable, knowledgeable representatives for current customers? Your priorities are showing! Terribly disappointed.

Both times that I have called this number (a couple months apart) I could not receive any help. This last time she told me my product # on my pc was not working and that was why I had a problem with updates. This was after a 30 conversation. I finally fixed the problem myself and it had nothing whatsoever to do with my product key #

You have really rude people working for you. I got a call from someone who works for you. He got mad because I couldn't find something on my computer he then called me an ff******. B**** and hung up on me. I have no idea what the call was about. If this happens again I will report this number

Microsoft customer service is absolutely the WORST!! I am getting tired of talking to someone in another country. I'm sorry, but half the time I can't even understand what they are talking about because their English is lousy. I don't even think Microsoft has an American call center. If they do, I have never gotten them. I have 2 PC's and 2 laptops left, but all our phones and tablets are Apple. Their support is excellent. I can't wait until my PC's die so I can switch to all Apple. Suck it Microsoft!!!!

After 4 hours on the phone and being cut off 2 times after long waits I finally gave up trying to upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro. I don't even care that I won't get my money back. Microsoft support is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Thank God most of our computers are Apple!!!

After speaking to representatives the Christmas week of the 23rd 24th 25th and after that I still have a problem that my old password is listed on my computer which one I purchased it 8 months ago that was might have my username it is no longer my username and I have no idea what the password is therefore I can't sign on telling me that I need a different password and not allow me to provide one sending me to get a code and when I put the code in it tells me time is expired when I purchased the computer Lars gal LIRS gal at Juno. Com was my username I have no idea what the password is that went with that therefore I am NOT able to provide it and the system is unable to help me

Get back to me asap. You need to explain the what your last update did to my computer. If you ever expect to sell me another product you damn well better get back to me. I did not choose to upgrade, and did not, but you deleted my browser (mozilla) and all bookmarks., you did this without warning or permission. And as such I have no intention of jumping through hoops to get an explanation.

I Have Been Calling Microsoft For Three Days Now And No One Can Help Me. In March I Bought Office 365 Home I Installed It On My Computer Now I Am Trying To Install It On Another Computer And I Cant Remember My Password So The Can Not Help Me So Needless To Say I Have Contacted Bbb And Filed A Complaint I Spent $99.00 And I Cant Use It Because I Dont Know My Password Give Me A Break Microsoft Everything Hinges On A Password Isnt That Just Stupid!!!!!!!

I purchased an online product call "office for home use". After paying for the purchase, i tried to download the program, i got the message "Temporary problem please try again". This happened at 5 times. I called the customer service #, I was transferred to India call center, then transferred to a "Office Specialist". This guy asked my name twice, asked to spell it, I spelled it twice, then he hung up. May he did not like my name and was simply rude.

What an horrible service. Why would I buy a MS product ?

I got a phone call from a company who said they were an independent company that worked with Microsoft to fix computer problems and that I had over 5000 errors and warnings on my pc and that someone was trying to hack into my computer and that a crash was inevitable. Is this a scam? how can I catch it if it is?

I can't help but rant about Microsoft services cause for one I had lost my old account and had to start over no thanks to Microsoft, I had been through the escalations team and everything but I somewhat got over that. I just bought a xbox one off of a friend who had took it open and I reached MS and they said reguardless of the issue that I couldn't send it in paying out of pocket to fix it. Why the hell have a "support services" and a "repair team" if you can't send it in paying out of pocket for them to fix it.

Microsoft customer service is Crap yesterday I rang with an activation key problem I was transferred and overall I spoke to 23 people and the problem is still there they don't care beware don't go near them they appear badly trained and they are hard to understand my vote HOPELESS Lift your game

Any company that has the money & resources that Microsoft has but offers the pathetic customer service is inexcusable. Before I go any further I do realize that they do not give a damn about their customers. I downloaded Windows10 and it crashed. Unable to do any work! Calles their CS - the "kid" had to ask me to hold on twice to tell me to follow the directions on the screen!!!! How is it possible he knew less than I do?????? Now I have to pay to have this issue fixed. When a company is so big and powerful but will not take responsibility of their actions nor cares about their customer base needs to be DISMANTLED!!!!!! I am posting just to get this off my chest.

My computer crashed tonight - a blue screen with a telephone number saying to call that number to resolve the problem. I called the number and the man I spoke with said he was from Microsoft. He went on to tell me that my online privacy had been invaded (although I have Eset anti-virus) and that there were over 600 things that needed to be removed from my computer. Bottom line, he talked me into getting Microsoft Security with Adblock Plus and a couple more things. $199.99 was put on my debit card. He then said a tech would fix my computer remotely. The tech took almost 2 hours working on my computer, and then I found out the tech WAS NOT FROM MICROSOFT!!!!! I want to know if Microsoft is connected with this and I'd like an explanation as to why I thought I was calling Microsoft for help and ended up with some foreign people working on my computer and taking $199.99????????

I am a lifelong PC user who finally got so fed up with Microsoft issues I switched to Apple. I am not a truly happy Apple user but I no longer have virus issues and a whole host of other problems I used to have....except for this one which is STILL a Microsoft issue compounded by the WORST technical support service. I have Office:Mac 2011 and have a complex document that I can't open because it says it's been corrupted. Called tech support. Wait time of 20 minutes so I left name and phone number for a call back. 2 hours later no call back. I call in, still on hold. I go to online version and I haven't tried to use tech support in so long I have forgotten my password. They have my email and say I have an account. Ask to get single-use code texted to my phone. Doesn't come through. I go to chat session to deal with issue. Give email, name, company name, product code key for the application and they still cannot find my account. They say they'll give me a number and link to the account support group (who was I on with as I had entered account support area?) they first give me a "click here" which was nothing but text...never give me any number, resend a link and then disconnect before I have a chance to reask for the number. Now, two hours later I finally get a call back, am put on hold for 10 minutes, then the person says "I can't help you but someone from our Office for Mac team can. I'll transfer you." The original request was for Office for Mac...why would they give me someone not from that team who can't solve my problem? Then I'm transferred....and am now on hold with them for who knows how long.

For a multi-billion dollar company I don't believe I have ever seen such a lack of problem solving skills and a lack of "can do" effort. The responses to my service order SRX13035725116ID either exhibits a lack of common sense or lack of dedication in achieving a solution.

3rd time I've called in 2 weeks; transferred to India every time to someone who cannot understand the issue and we go around and around until the tech person understands and then decides I'm in the wrong department and I get transferred again and then eventually disconnected....wtf?

I waiting a total of 6 HOURS and was never given a choice of having someone return my call or leave a messasge. Now my 1-1/4 year old DELL is ready to crash. I paid Microsoft for help, evidently to no avail!!

Installed Win 10, and now my laptop is MESSED up. Flickering and now I can't use the laptop, im going to have to pay to get it fixed.

I hate Microsoft and customer service sucks. plus now I lost all my sign in thanks to Microsoft. if you forget your password and try to reset it they won't let you get in Microsoft and your outlook email. they make it easy for hackers and hard for the customer!!!!!! FU Microscum!!!!!
