I recently purchased the garden storage box at the reduced price of £50. I am very disappointed in this product. After spending some time trying to put it together it was very difficult and poor quality. Nothing aligned and at the end the lid did not fit properly. A waste of money, will not be purchasing from this site again.

Living social say a gift in May has expired. I couldn't use it earlier due to circumstances.

It is an absolute nightmare to get hold of anyone in Living Social and although I have emailed you 3 times on the address you have given for contact I have received emails telling me this address is no longer in use. What sort of business are you running? I have tried the phone number you have given online to be told the line is closed so what can I do to cancel an order as for season the same item was ordered twice. I have redeemed the voucher for a blue garden trolley but an order for a black one has been placed as well I do not want two garden trolleys but I have been charged for two. So I will not be redeeming the code for the black one and I note I only have 7 days to cancel but I can't get hold of anyone in Living Social to cancel.

Horrible customer service, their ploy is sending you a 100 dollars gift card with a "processing" charge added to it. Be aware!

My voucher was not used at the establishment but I hit use by mistake when I was reviewing the fine print. Need help to schedule to use it
