Horrible, horrible, horrible. I called with a SIMPLE DISPLAY ISSUE regarding changing the name on our inbox for our work email through Microsoft Office Outlook as outgoing messages continue to display the name of the previous owner who recently sold the business. I don't even know how many times I was put on hold, but I was transferred to six different people, all asking the same questions with no resolution. 45 minutes later, I gave up as we still have a business to run. We will be terminated our subscription because of this and switching to a different provider as soon as possible...this "pass the buck" nonsense does not sit well. Shame on you, Microsoft! All of the $$$ that you bring in with forced updates, yet you can't hire reliable, knowledgeable representatives for current customers? Your priorities are showing! Terribly disappointed.
