Downloaded 10 and the next time turned on computer I was unable to log on computer and received error code. After 3 hour wait for callback finally spoke to "tech" and explained problem associated with 10 upgrade. Recvd trouble ticket nbr and of course was given a line that it was DELL'S computer problem and microsoft wouldn't assume responsibility for computer problems. Called back to Dell and will cost me to have this problem corrected. A word to the wise don't download 10'''...

Just spoke with "Maria" in Office technical support to let her know that in Word 2010, it does not work to create different Headers for different Sections of a large document. I have reviewed the online office help as well as online forums for technical advice. I have carefully followed every step to create a new section and to unlink Headers from the previous section. Editing the Header in the new section does not create a new header unique to that section. The Header is changed for the entire document. Mari said she can not remote in nor assist with documenting the problem. I found her EXTREMELY unhelpful.

Ive tried for 5 days to get support for my upgrade to windows 10.the one tech I finally got through too got cut off .Every time I get put on hold after two or three hours of waiting they either say they are closed or just hang up .This is unreal Ive lost so much I dont no what to do.Worst customer service ever this is the first time I have ever wrote a complaint about anything .why ask me to upgrade if you cant support!!!!!

i just purchased a new laptop and it came with Windows 10. I think I'm going to like it, but I had a few questions, so I called Microsoft. They said there were higer than normal call, so to leave my number and I'd be called back when it was my turn. I call at 4pm and was told there was a 261 minute wait. I did get a call back-AT 11pm!!! I couldn't believe it and there was hardly an apology. I stayed on the line because I needed help. The tech took over my computer to do her thing, but when it was over, she never disconnected from my computer and now I can't do ANYTHNG and they are closed. I have been working on it for 4 hours today, keep trying to get in touch with someone to help but can't find a number to call that can help. I am sooo angry.

I'm having technical problems with Microsoft 365 which I've owned less than 2 months. I called customer service, but I couldn't understand most of what your technician said. I want to talk to someone who speaks clear, understandable English. If a customer can't understand what your technician is saying how can we get the help we need. I'm an American and I expect better customer service from you. This morning I left another request for a call, got it but there was no response when I answered my phone. I called your corporate headquarter number and got the same recording telling me I'd get a call back in 11 minutes. If I do get the call back and still can't understand the person; I will be an extremely angry customer. Please have someone call me who can speak clearly enough to be understood.

I just love Win 10! My problem is: I have a laptop with Win7 premium and I have not received the update for Win 10. My win 7 code number is on the bottom of the machine, which has since faded and cannot read. How do I contact someone with this problem, so I can get Win 10 on my laptop?????

Why does Windows 10 throw me off the internet when I'm on certain web sites watching a video clip or something like that I keep getting an adapter issue when I go through explorer to repair the network connection.. I had windows 7 and upgraded and am now sorry I did.. how can I get My windows 7 back??

I am not happy with Microsoft email. I have forgotten my password and have not been able to access my account for more than 8 weeks. I find following the directions to recover my password very difficult. I also have a gmail account. I have never had difficulty with that account or with being able to speak with a live person to get help recovering my password.

I am 75 years old and a retired teacher with a major in English. I find the directions given by Microsoft more directed toward the younger generation with more computer knowledge. You do not speak to a larger audience who did not grow up with technology.



Since I can't follow your complicated directions I would appreciate you forwarding my mail to my gmail account, and I will not bother you in the future. Thank you.

Microsoft windows 10 stinks. Can't find anything. If you can find what you need, by that thr time you find it, you may be too late or you no longer need it. Therefore, you can't do anything on Windows 10. Windows 8 was the same. Also Internet Explorer is much better than MS Edge. MS Edge stinks. All I can say is that Microsoft knows how to screw things up. MS XP & Windows 7 are your best operating systems. You've gotten rid of everything that everyone were happy with. Windows 8 & 10 are much too complicated. I'm thinking of going to a MAC computer.

I'm having a problem with my mouse pad since downloading Windows 10. Everything else works, but my mouse jumps around instead of staying where I put it. I can't scroll down because the mouse arrow jumps off of where I put it.

Trying to access my microsoft account. When I do it say that account is not an active account. Simple enough, I will create one. Go to create one and it states that account is already active. How the hell can that be if it just told me it was NOT AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT.

I received a call from Rachel at Microsoft today-not sure what she wanted me to do- she wanted to update my computer-I did not let her and told her I would call her back--she could not speak English very well at all--can you tell me what is going on if she is legit at all--

Paid $!49.00 for tech support in the United States from Christopher at Microsoft with the understanding I would get phone tech support from United States Techs He told me the tech in the US would call me at 12Noon to solve my problems. Never got the call He called at 1PM stated I would get a call at 3PM. Call never came, He told me he would follow up with me at 4PM. Call never came.
I will be filing a complaint against Microsoft with the Better Business Bureau early tomorrow morning.

I haven't used my Microsoft account in years. Now I have purchased a laptop notebook PC.

I want to load my Microsoft Office 2010 Home and student. I know I will be ask my password and I have no idea what it is, misplaced my record.



Can you contact me by phone )? This number should be on file or should I set-up a new account and will the new account recognize my ownership of this soft ware.

Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 will not download for version 14.4.49. It has to be Force quitted and will not finish the installation. What iswrong?

my computer was hacked and I had to delete and reinstall windows 8.1 two weeks ago. 8.1 tiles do not work. I called your tech dept and after at least 1/2 hour all of his suggestions did not work. He than suggested that I pay $100 to resolve the issue. I just paid for the program and had it reinstalled it cost me a lot of money. Now I have to pay to get it to work? I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold for 15 minutes and was disconnected. I called again and was put on hold for 1/2 hour. Seriously!!!! are you kidding!!! After all this aggravation I might be ready for APPLE. Let me know if you want me as a customer, I know you have thousands of happy people but right now I'm very ANNOYED.

I hate Microsoft... My email for one was compromised and the company blocked me from using my own account ( this is for starters). then I go to try to retrieve my family photos from Onedrive my password that I used to set it up no longer works. So now I have no way of retrieving them and when I email Microsoft for technical support the email that was sent to me to reset the password to get into my account doesn't work. When I try to sign in it says site is experiencing technical difficulties after I have went through the appropriate protocol to retrieve my password. Then I call Microsoft for assistance and the automated program tells me that the only way I can receive help for this very annoying time consuming situation is online to reset my sign in code which is where I started in the first place!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Microsoft for being so unhelpful and by the way I had a brand new Toshiba with Microsoft on it and it crashed as well!

I Could Not Send E-mail To Any Comcast Address, After Spending Hours On The Phone & Dealing With Several Different Technicians, And Spending $399.99 I Still Cant E-mail Comcast Also The Fonr On Incoming Mail Is So Tiny I Can Hardly Read It, All They Did Was Screw Up My Computer So Bad It Is Impossible To Use. I ordered microsoft pro 3 online and they lost the item on delivery. They made me to wait for 3 weeks to find the product. After 3 weeks when I asked for a refund the lady over the phone told me that she has issued the refund. I called them after a week to ask why haven't I receive the refund. and was being told that the refund wasn't being proceed and she has to issue it again. After 2 days I did receive the refund but it wasn't the full amount that I paid. Now they are looking into this matter and lets see how long it will take. I have received the worst service from them. I will never ever going to order from Microsoft again. It was my first and last order from them.

I called because my outlook quit working and I'm told that it iis going to cost me $99 to trouble shoot my product problem. Thats crap! What good is it to have a Microsoft product when it is not supported by Microsoft?
