We've had telephone and then Internet service through US West, then Quest, and now Century Link for over 30 years. Their customer service is still horrible. They don't seem to understand that they have to have customers to have a business. Twice when I was one week late on a payment due to being out of town they cancelled our service without notification and charged reconnection fees. That's for one week late and 30 years of prompt payments. Our new Internet from Clear is so much faster and more dependable!
