By far, this is the worst service support I have ever had, and I have dealt with some pretty bad support. All I needed to do was switch my PBS from DC to my new home in Melbourne. I could not do that online, so I want to Roku, to change account, and then reload. Short story, I ended up in India support, who changed by passport, and did not help at all.

I could not log on to my account, as that password did not work, not did my old one. I tried three times to use the forget password function and nothing. I call the 816 number but they are only taking money issues, what a surprise. How do I get help?
