I have tried to get help from Mackie for over 2 months and nothing.
I wrote them this
You have lost my business. Very disappointed. I ended buying from third party (power supply). I left 4 message never got a call back.
I would love to speak to someone who gives a Sh** about customer service, but we all know this is the norm.
Luckily I have 2 of the mackie mixers so I shared the power adapter between studio and gigs. What a pain in the ass. So I'm gone.
Crazy, it's just the norm now days. Your parts guy or girl doesn't give a sh**. Forward this to someone who cares about your company.
