On what was to mark the one year anniversary of our fathers death we wanted to send a full yellow arrangement (his favorite color) to our 84 year old mother. We ordered the premium arrangement and paid extra for before 1pm delivery. She was alone on that day because all her children live out of state. So it was really important for the flowers to be there on that day.

Needless to say they were not there before 1pm and she had not received them at 6PM. In fact they didn't arrive until the next day. When speaking to customer service (@ 4pm) when we realized they had not yet been delivered we called to cancel the order and get a full refund. Which of course they were not going to do. Both my husband and I were on the phone with customer service for an hour, being continually put on hold, to have the agent return and read the same response word for word to any thing we said.
We were told at the end of the conversation that if they hadn't been received by 7pm we would get a refund. We have not.

They stole from us what was to be a very loving moment on a very significant day in our lives. It was heartbreaking and maddening all at the same time.

Please, if you have an important occasion where the flowers are to be meaningful, DO NOT ORDER FROM TELEFLORA. You will be disappointed.
