Carpet cleaner broke 7 months after purchase, under warranty. Tried calling their support number during normal business hours (Monday, 2:30PM EST). Automated messages said their offices are closed, to call back during normal business hours (Like M-F, 9AM-6PM EST). It said to chat with a rep on their website. Website said all chat reps are busy, must talk to the bot. Bot can't help, says to email support (doesn't provide an email address, it just opens up a form that you fill in). Filled out the form, provided my email address, received no confirmation that it was received/sent and no return email yet. Essentially there ISN'T ANY customer support available for Hoover.
