I'm this close to canceling my subscription. Awhile ago, I stopped getting my paper and this went on for weeks. I receive 7 day delivery but I got no papers for weeks even after daily calls to customer service. I was told I'd get the paper "later that day" but no dice. Somehow, after weeks of no delivery, the paper magically reappeared! I assume there was a new carrier who got my address mixed up because many blocks here have similar names.
Fast forward to this week, with the same problem happening again. Calls to customer service, promises to deliver a paper later that day, and nothing. At this point I've missed 4 days in a row and I'm fed up. I am paying good money for something I'm not receiving. Yes, I can read the paper online but that's not the point. I am paying for a product I'm not getting, with seemingly no efforts being made to fix the problem. Calling customer service is a waste of time.
Not sure what I'm going to do about this. I'd like to continue getting the paper, especially the Sunday edition, but besides calling customer service I have no other options. They should check with the carrier or their supervisor and see what the problem is. Obviously they don't seem to care.
