I sent in. a Roku Express+ on March 6, 2020 and it was received by You on March 9, 2020 for replacement. It did not work when I open the box. I had a RA (replacement authorization) on the package. Today is April 13, 2020 and I have not received the replacement.
Your service up to get it replaced was good. But I have waited 4+ weeks and don't have My Roku.
