I just had a great customer experience with David Spreckels in your customer service department and wanted to pass it along to you. I've had a problem with my Dyson (that I love dearly) for several months, but put off calling because these days customer service seems to be lacking in so many companies, but put on my big boy pants this morning and called. Well, I'm so very glad I did, because I received the best service anyone could ever ask for, now I wish I had called earlier. His knowledge, patience and ability to really listen with a caring attitude is unusual and heart warming, Dyson he's a keeper!! I also complement Dyson for hiring good people. By the way, problem taken care of and I didn't have to buy a new one, just a new battery, whew! I do love my Dyson!
