I am D. O'Quinn. I had a round trip ticket. I left Flagstaff, AZ on 4/29 for Panama City, FL. when we got to Amarillo there was a 3 hour delay, so I was there for 5 hours. The only explanation was that they had no driver! My ticket had to be re-issued in Dallas.
On my return trip, there was a 6 1/2 hour delay in Dallas, TX. We were there so long that they gave us a food voucher! I had to sign for it, so there is a record of that. The only explanation was that they had no driver! Then there was a 3 hour delay in Amarillo, TX. Again, because they had no driver! This is unacceptable and I am requesting half of my round trip ticket to be refunded. I will never use Greyhound again. I have used this bus service since 1974 for trips across the country.
A ticket agent told me that Greyhound has been bought out by a Chinese company, who also bought Trailways and another bus line. I was, also, told that the offices will be closed and a kiosk will be the only way to purchase a ticket. If these issues are existing with people there, to talk to, what the hell is going to happen when there are only computers? This is a disgrace for a company that has been around since the early 1900's!! There is just no excuse for poor and no customer service! I will not recommend this company to anyone, again!
