This email is to let you know that I have reached out to the GA insurance commissioner based on the time line on my repairs and the money paid out for such repairs. To my understanding as of today my vehicle has not been repaired and no one knows the status or why. I have talked to several of your paid employee's one of which who is listed as a team lead. Lauren. Lauren called me and stated she needed my assistance in getting a hold of Noah at the repair shop. Michael please be advised your people screwed this thing up from the very start back in January. My vehicle should have been totaled out. Had the necessary diagnostic been completed in January they would have seen this issue then. Please check my file in total per the latest check cashed and no repairs have been done State Farm has paid out at least ten thousand dollars on my vehicle again that I remind you is not repaired two months later. Only after I informed Lauren that the repair quote I was given was for twenty seven hundred did she make mention that she was not sure where I received a different dollar amount from. I informed her from my dashboard. It also showed that the check has been cashed already and again I say my car is still not repaired.

Lauren went on to say she had no idea why more than one of your employees would tell me they didn't know where the vehicle is because they do yet they can't seem to get Noah on the phone. I have received at least two calls letting me know that I would have to pay the difference in cost because my car was not at a preferred body shop. I let them know that would not be happening as I gave my verbal permission to have the car moved. Why was a check issued and cashed if the vehicle was never moved? As I explained to the insurance commissioner there is an exception to every rule. Please take the time and go over my repairs from January and the lack there of since August 27th and you will have a better understanding of what my concerns are. I am frustrated and outraged with how I have been treated throughout this whole ordeal.

I feel at this point to make this right my vehicle should be totaled out as a good faith gesture. If that is not possible surely you can authorize for a check to be issued to me in the amount of six thousand dollars, my vehicle repaired at your preferred body shop, all fees paid for storage if there is one and any and all rental fees be paid until my vehicle has been repaired and returned to me. No one had a problem issuing a check for well over four thousand dollars and has no idea why it was cashed and the repairs not complete. I have no confidence in your staff, no one took the time to figure this out. Everyone has just continued to pass the buck. This is your problem not mine. Your insured hit me and you need to send message to your employees to make the needed correction and make this right. Insurance is a BILLION dollar industry. Six thousand dollars is a drop in the bucket for the unnecessary and incompetence I have had to endure for two months that has only gotten worst which is why I am reaching out to you as a last resort.

I am over EVERY weekend a State Farm rep calling me and interrupting my weekend before it even gets started. I would like to have the vehicle declared as a total loss and a check deposited in my account for the fair market of today's value or at the very least a check issued to me in the amount of six thousand dollars, my rental paid, storage fees paid, that amount is more than enough to cover the repairs and compensate me for the inconvenience I have had to endure. Not that your employees know but this has had my blood pressure up and cause me not to do my job effectively. This is unacceptable and should not just be corrected with the car being repaired and we apologize.

Let me say again insurance is a billion dollar industry and has more than enough capital to correct this the right way after such gross negligence has taken place. I personally still feel like some form of fraud has taken place. If I was unsure I feel like when Lauren one of your managers called she confirmed it by saying she was not sure why I would have been told that you didn't know where the vehicle was because you did know. That made no since at all, Margret called me on Oct 5th canceled my rental car and stated she did not know where my car was and she was not the first person to contact me and say that State Farm had no idea where my vehicle was. I still have the voicemail from Larry that came a week prior to Margret calling saying he too had no idea where my vehicle was.

Michael I truly hope that if you yourself are not reading this that your staff or someone who takes care of your affairs will look into this matter and agree with me that this was not handled correctly back in January and that it certainly was not handled correctly in Aug. Time is of the essence I look forward to hearing from someone immediately as I stated your staff has canceled my rental yet again pending someone physically going out there to find out what they should have known two months ago.
