We are as a family disturbed by the ad with the suggestion of a down and out and abandoned Santa that your company ran this Christmas. The adults at our Christmas meal described how our young Grandchildren were distressed by this add with one of them even having nightmares Having seen the add we agreed. It was suggested that we as a family stop buying duracell as a way of protesting and a way of letting the kiddies feel as though they have have some control. (one of the youngsters admitted he had stopped watching YouTube for the entire month because he was afraid of that add.) I thought you might want to know.
