We had to cancel our trip to Dewey Beach DE DUE TO AN EMERGENCY. I called the hotel Surf Club OceanFront for Nov 29. Dec 1. .was told to contact you which I did . Yet found your company charged us for the full trip. There is no way we knew a hospital trip would occur during that time, if that is the policy of your company we will look elsewhere in planning trips.
