7 months, 2 different AUTHORIZED tech companies, 4 parts replaced, a tech company that didn't know how to submit a code to grant the accommodation.
Finally it is granted a price for refund agreed on and sits in review with the "we will contact you".
Awful, awful, beyond words how Samsung treats their customers. If I had the money I would rip out the remaining one appliance. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING SAMSUNG!! They are great at apologizing but do absolutely nothing to accomplish anything.
