Samsung has been the worst company I've ever had to deal with. It has been over month, speaking to supervisors and getting escalated on numerous occasions and still nothing. A promo code was promised to me in 14 days and it has been over 5 weeks, all they tell me is that I have to wait. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO RETURN ANYTHING THROUGH THEM, if you do purchase something and it is messing up, you might as well keep it because doing an exchange is a total headache. Never again, I am done with you guys after this.
