Terrible customer service!! Gas oven 3 years old, control panel blank, choices on Controlpanel not responsive to touch, pilot light stopped igniting, therefore unable to use oven, phone call to Whirlpool customer service, on hold (with Costco representative's help) for one and one half hours, no responce
phone call, hung up. Next day. on phone with Whirlpool customer service for two hours explaining problem with stove in addition to numerous periods on hold again!!
