A new Duncan Donut open in Bally's casino. I have an AARP card and asked for my free donut. They said no they do not do that. I went on the AARP website. It said free donut with a large coffee. Only croissant and bagel excluded only! Did not said at only at certain franchise? How can this new Franchise can pick and choose what they can or can not do what they please?
