To whom it may concern,



I decided to try Spirit airlines for a job interview I had in Ohio earlier this week. I purchased through you a round trip ticket and paid $100 for my round trip suitcase. When I was at the Akron airport, I was told that I was not on the system even after I provided my confirmation number. Since I had to be back to Florida by Friday, I was forced to purchase another return ticket as well as another $50 for my suitcase. I was forced to pay $295.10 in order for me to get on that return flight to Tampa, Florida. I have left a detailed message for someone in Customer Service for Spirit airlines and have had no response. By the way, this was also my first time with Cheapo-Air. I expect that this problem will be resolved soon.



Thank you for anything to can do to help solve this matter. I will provide for you all the information regarding my return flight which I had purchased through Cheapo-Air and was forced to purchase again in order to board the airplane.
