Worst customer service my direct deposit was made and 2 days later Netspend tells me they haven't received it! I'm cancelling my card, and contacting my lawyer, and going to sue! Also calling BBB. This was supposed to be easy, guess what folks it is NOT. I am contacting the BBB,and reporting this. We all work hard for our money, they should do what they say they will do,not give you the runaround!!!!!
