All I needed was my password. .I wrote my password down and turned off my computer (my new laptop by the way ) it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. Will not let me reset it ...I called your help line told someone my problem. ..and was told I would have to pay just to get my password or for them to change it for me. .. I find this ridiculous. ..after id just spent over $300.00 dollars on this laptop .. I am highly disappointed in this company ...I know $300. may not mean much to you all but thats a lot of money for someone on a fixed income. .Ill be returning this laptop an probably get a Dell was told after I purchased it that I should have gotten one of those instead of Hp ..but both my ptinters are Hp one old the other new and I really like them ..but this laptop assistance. ..not so much ...
