This has been the worse trip with Grey hound I have ever had first before I even left home i got my tickets on line and my mistake I hit the wrong button for my return I was leaving on Monday July 18 and returning on Tuesday July 26 but yes my mistake I put return July 19 just 30 minutes after arriving to Atlanta so I would have been riding from 6:40 from saint Louis to arrive in Atlanta at 7:15 that morning then going to get back on the bus at 7:30 so anyone can see that was obvious a mistake so I tried to fix my mistake on line couldn't do so called customer service very rude man said you can't change on line or. On phone go to bus station pay 20 dollars and change it a few days before my trip.So I went to station to change my tickets for me and my granddaughter by the way this wad her fist bus trip she is 9. So as I tried to explain to the agent what happened he was more than happy to say to me you should have got a flex ticket then you could have changed it with no problem so I said wouldn't that have been more money he eagerly said why yes it would. So I gave him my print out of my tickets from home so he could clearly see my mistake so he said again its 20 dollars to change your tickets so I said does the price change with me getting the correct date I thought maybe it was more but with a smart tone and smug look on his face he said yes its less by 45 or 50 dollars so I said well take the 20 dollars from that he stated can't do that mam you just lost that. So angrily I paid the 20 dollars and he gave me my tickets and I was quickly dismissed. Ok so a day before my trip I tried to see what my schedule was for our trip you no the times of departure and arrival I couldn't find anything out about my tickets so I called the 1800 number and was told I had no tickets after crying uncontrollably the agent put me on hold came back and said she found my new assured tickets but t only had one ticket for me not my granddaughter so I was hot at that time so I said i paid for 2 tickets if you look at the price you would see it wad for 2 and not one cause it wad quite high. I wad told I needed to purchase another ticket for her I didn't have anymore money to give to greyhound.so after talking to someone else I then had to call the saint Louis bus station and talk to a supervisor after explaining all this again i finally got a resulta complimentary ticket was issued for my granddaughter. Now on the way from Atlanta back to saint Louis rude security and on the bus the air wasnt working properly and there wad q ticking sound coming from the side of our window then there was a funny smell like rubber burning and gas so the driver pulled over and checked the bus then stated he would have to exit the bus and wait for 3 hours for another one but people on the bus started to gripe so the bus driver got off the bus and then quickly got back on and said nothing appeared to be wrong and we went on im not able to sleep cause im worried about the bus. So we made it to Nashville's bus station ad told to leave out belongings on the bus and get a reload pass that would put us back on same bus in 15 to 30 minutes so when our reboard pass number was called we entered the line and wad told we had missed our bus. But our things were still on that bus and we had the right reload pass so we got our things im ready to scream and cry cause we were due to be home at 6:30 cause we would not have a ride after that. Here we are now sitting in the bus station in Nashville cause a dumdum told us and others to leave our things on the bus that we would reboard on the same bus going to saint Louis the agent at the desk was pleasant first one yet and told us next bus was any 5:30 am it was almost 1 am. My granddaughter looked at me she could see I was upset she asked me not to be upset so I ggave her some fake smiles so she could not see my anger and frustration the agent then tried to find put what driver told us and others to leave our things and reboard same bus ad we sat in those hard seats I looked up only to see the @&! Bus driver that gave us this wrong information wad leaving in a cab I guess to go home but here we sit tired and uncomfortable in this bus station not knowing how we will get from bus station at 12 noon since people do work AMD can't just stop to pick us up. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS BUS COMPANY DON'T KNOW WHEN I WILL TRAVEL WITH IT AGAIN IF
