This complaint is in relation to the Bank of America Cupertino branch #681 on Stevens Creek Blvd.

I've been a customer at this branch for a long time and have never seen the branch this bad before.
This afternoon, Friday 13, 2016 , I went to the branch to make a business deposit. I lined up at the Business line, there was one customer in front of me.
The assistant manager of the branch, Anna (I don't know her last name but I've known her since she was a teller at the same branch) was helping him but the transaction took a long time. She saw me and heard me talking to another employee while I was waiting in the Business line.

The regular customer line got shorter, so I moved over to this line. There was another customer in front of me, and her transaction was complicated and took a while.
I was still in this other line when I saw Anna's window opened up (the other business customer just finished). I then said to her loudly: Anna, I have a business transaction, and moved back to her window.
Guess what, she turned me away and made me go back to the regular customer line.

Now, this is a Friday afternoon, and there is practically just 2 tellers available. One is for business who refuses to serve a business customer and the other teller ( Maya) serves everyone else. Does this even represent the Bank's tradition of good customer service? How is it that an assistant branch manager can turn away a legitimate business transaction? This is not right, and she needs to improve her customer's relation and image of the branch.
